« The view of the harbor from the 2nd story porch was very picturesque - the noise from the boats or the ferry never bothered us. There was a general store nearby for some supplies, but most shopping required a bigger store. The location was near enough to Paihia for restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. The kitchen was well equipped and had enough stainless steel countertop to make workspace for the cutting boards, etc. The 2 under-counter fridges were sufficient for our needs. The beds...

« Beautiful scenic and quiet property to relax and enjoy. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, helpful and very approachable and flexible. « This batch was perfect for our short stay. It was clean and very well presented. The garden was lovely and we were able to relax in comfort. The pigeon in the tree was entertaining! Annie our host was incredibly helpful and could not have been more welcoming. We loved this place. »

« We had a great stay at the Boathouse. The location is excellent and the place is unique. The ferry is right next door, which can be a little noisy for some, but we loved the harbour experience with the boats floating past our patio. The place has everything you need, it's very neat and we will return for sure. We had a memorable time! »

« This was a fantastic place to stay. The property has had some top quality restortions done to it and the results were incredibly well done. It was wonderfully warm and felt like a home.
