« Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

« I stayed 2 delightful nights at the Ivanhoe. Your managers couldnt have been more helpful and thoughtful. The old part of the hotel is far nicer than the new annex. I stayed in a cosy room ( Col Sir Younghusband )with a fireplace, surrounded by thoughts on who had graced these rooms in the past. A place with a lot of character and lovely staff. « This is a wonderful hotel. It is a family run establishment and everyone is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and healthy. Dinner is available in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location with a stunning view of the landscape. »

« Hotel is near MG marg. Winter green premium rooms have good view of mountain if weather is clear. Hotel has a lift which is very rare in Gangtok. Tamarind restaurant serves very delicious food, bit pricey but quality is worth it. And was served very well by Sajana in restaurant. Buffet breakfast is also nice and had decent variety during our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean and amenities are decent for the price. Room has heater. Winter green premium rooms are huge sized. Bathroom is also big but...

« Hotel dans un lieu historique Avec beaucoup de charme, le jardin est magnifique, la salle de dîner, la réception et le bar sont très authentique, le service est très attentif. attention pas de chauffage ou d’air conditionné par respect pour le lieu Point négatif: literie très ferme, les objets en plastique bon marché pour porte savon ou plateau pour la théière… »

« It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience. »

« The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill. »
