« Amazing hotel, worth staying there for a couple of days to visit Mysore of course, or to take time to enjoy life and the hotel's commodities. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, keen to respond to all needs and expectations. Kudos to the staff on the fourth level for the business rooms. Breakfast in the business level is very good, and staff very competent and professional. We extended our stay at the hotel, only because it was so comfortable and pleasant. We...

« Tout était parfait ! »

« New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

« Good place to stay. The property needs some upgrades. »

« Okay for short term stay. Not ideal for families. WiFi was poor. Restaurant was average. »

« The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on. »
