« Perfect setting. The way the east coast used to be before condos and hotels arrived. I used to surf these beaches as a teenager when a handful of houses were all that dotted the coast. Beautiful home. Plenty of room. The porch was amazing! Steps to beach. Everything you could need. Very few people on the beach in this spot. « this property could sleep 10 easily. It is a huge house beautiful the only thing is they don’t have enough blankets to her. If you want to lay on the couch and it’s cold the kitchen is fully stocked blender crockpot anything you need it’s there. On the thing it says three minute walk to the beach. It’s literally across the street not even three minutes in the beach is almost like a private beach. my family and I would definitely stay there again. »

« This place was really clean when we arrived. The house was splendide. Chad was really easy to communicate with, he responded really fast. The beach was easy to access. The neighbourhood was calm. It was really a joy to live there. Amazing place. Amazing week. The kids love the place and dont stop talking about how nice the place was. « It was such a great time! We loved the openess of the home, the number of king beds in bedrooms with private bathrooms, the ping pong table, the pool, and private beach access. We wouldn't change a thing and definitely book again and again!! »

« We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean. Only MINOR things, there wasn’t locks on the bathroom doors, and no door knob inside the master bedroom. We would stay here again. »

« It’s what we were looking for at the time .Fenced yard and pool to keep the kiddos safe and a clean & comfortable accommodation. A little more expensive than similar properties in the vicinity, but for us it was available last minute. Owners are a group/ company with many properties . So, that says it all. »

« Everything about our stay was great. Communication with the owner was like texting a friend. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Great parking spot too. Close to everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a great value. We hope to return often and come to this same property in the future. »

« This house looks brand new and is beautiful inside, the pool is fantastic and the game room is something the kids could enjoy for hours. The location is also perfect. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the I dream of Jeannie Park for beach access. Can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in Coco Beach. »
