« Pas une très bonne expérience sauf pour le stationnement gratuit pour la durée de la croisière (on peut se rendre au port en taxi et économiser des frais de stationnement). La chambre était très sale (drap, évier, douche, etc.), de la poussière +++, très vieille et le mobilier était brisé (chaise avec un barreau de casser). Internet très très très lent et difficile... Un train qui passe à une dizaine de mètres de la chambre à 1h00 AM (et qui siffle)... »

« Husband wanted to stay here, NEVER AGAIN! I believe room wasn’t cleaned, NO hand towels and bath towels in the room. Something was spilled under the wall by the hanging mirror. When we went to close the blinds for the night, a man’s tank top came falling off between the blinds. Post said they serve hot breakfast, NOPE .. muffins and coffee is all they had. Parking lot was full of trash. Couldn’t find a cart to carry in our luggage or carry it out when we checked out. »

« The flooring is damaged, there was a fan in the hallway on the floor, the wifi was down, and the light fixtures had some kind rusty wear and tear on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The night clerk was very hospitable. I did get a message the weekend before saying they had wifi problems but hoped it would be restored by the time I arrived. It wasn’t. »

« This establishment was by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed... It felt more like renting a house than being at a hotel... Mostly because we were the only people there due to bad weather. The property is very remote, with a 15 to 30 minute drive to go to Walmart or dinner. « Hotel au delà de mes attentes. Il est tout neuf. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. La petite piscine est un plus ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Le petit-déjeuner continental est suffisant. « The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel. »
