« The positive, If you are homeless then this is an upgrade! I really tried to not be critical & over look things as this was an inexpensive place to just sleep at night while working. I stay at cheap hotels & overlook cosmetic issues, if it’s clean & comfortable, I don’t care about the tile/fixtures/linens, you get a great review. So I wasn’t going to complain that the bathroom was a do-it-yourself nightmare. Newly remodeled bathroom has a hole cut out of the wall so the toilet is half inside...

« Great communication with host. Clean, updated contemporary spaces. Full kitchen with utensils (even a potato peeler). Beach chairs provided. Walkable to historic downtown Stuart. Fair price. Great stay. »

« The room was very small and dingy . Not handicapped accessible at all . The smell from the restaurant exhaust was right outside our room . We had a problem with the toilet and we called , but nobody came. We had to fix it ourselves. The beach was closed and they didn’t let us know . The pictures are very deceiving. I understand they don’t own the restaurant but we were served dirty glasses . I will say the view from the balcony is wonderful! The area was very nice . We didn’t stay the last night...

« A little confusing when booking through VRBO but having to check in like a hotel guest at the main building. Room was great! Would ask that you provide cups for the bathroom and maybe put a small table outside on the balcony. It is a beautiful location. Dinner options on property are not great and the times are not correct online. »

« We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful (especially when we couldn't find the kayak paddles, lol). We took advantage of almost all the amenities, bike rides in the morning, kayaked out to St. Lucie Inlet Preserve Park (had the beach to ourselves), pool to cool off, even turned on the gas fireplace for all of 15 mins before it made the room too warm. Did not see the downstairs tenant at all and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely stay again...
