There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom, twins in the guest bedroom and there is also a den. A fireplace in the living room for perhaps a chilly evening, TVs and a DVR, WI-FI and a bonus calling plan so that you can call anywhere in the USA and Canada. This residence is great for entertaining, or a nice quiet haven for a relaxing get away.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining and lounge and a full service tennis program.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

The 25 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced through speed trackers and cameras. Speeding violations carry a minimum $100 fine, which will be charged to the responsible guest. Guests are responsible for all members of their party and any fines incurred during their stay.
