The house was lovely. The management was sub-par. 1) I paid extra to have the pool heated; they called & said they neglected to turn it on for the first day of our stay, & would refund me the 50. The heat still wasn't working; a technician came out. Still no heat the next day. Finally, the whole unit had to be replaced, so we had workmen in and out of the yard for several hours, and still couldn't use the pool. No refund was offered for the additional 2 days. 2) One morning there was a loud drumming, rumbling sound that woke everyone up at 6:00 a.m. It turned out to be something to do w/the water irrigation system. Another repair guy at the house, and we had to be around to show him where the problem was. 3) That evening, half the house had no water--2 bathrooms & the kitchen. Fortunately we discovered this before leaving for dinner--8 guests & no running water, no flushing toilets?! Another repair guy came out to fix THAT. 4) 8 guests & we had 8 bath towels. None in the closet marked "extra towels." We are active, hiking every day, etc., and a few extra towels would be nice for a "luxury" level rental. I texted and asked for more towels 3 times, and they said they'd bring some. They never did. 5) No laundry detergent; they did drop off pods but we'd already bought some. The stress of dealing w/all this felt like being a homeowner, not like being on vacation. I called 2 days ago & told ACME all this & was promised to "escalate" my complaints & call me back.Nothing so far.

Amazing and relaxing getaway

We loved this property. It made us feel at home away from home, but with the added amenities of a beautiful pool and hot tub, we almost didn’t feel the need to leave. The the house was equipped with everything that we needed. The house were very responsive when we needed them, which was only a couple of times because everything is well organized. Location was great and neighborhood was very quiet and restful. This is a great place to stay.

Great Property and Responsive Managers

This was a lovely home to celebrate our significant birthdays at in Palm Springs. The grounds were exactly as shown and there was lots of space to move around and have together time as well as privacy. The only issue was that the groundskeepers showed up at 7:30 on our first morning and used very loud leaf blowers (for the 3 leaves that seemed to be there) and then the pool maintenance came twice during our stay and managed both times to shut off our access to the hot tub/spa area. To their credit, the property managers were super responsive and had someone out the first time within 30 minutes, however it was too late to enjoy the spa on our last morning before we left. I hope they do a bit better with scheduling services with future guests considering that there was vacancy at our property both before and after our stay. That’s the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars overall.

Great family vacation in Palm Springs!

Lost Palms Oasis was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house was clean and bright, the pools were delightful and the space was really well laid out! We were happy and comfortable and enjoyed our time together! Thank you!

Excellent stay

Loved size of yard and location. Four good sized bedrooms. Only real complaint is no blind on primary bedroom (electric switch disconnected) and being a floor to ceiling picture window, when pool workers arrive unannounced it created some embarrassing situations with lack of privacy and the workers being able to peer into the bathroom. Obviously fixable and pool workers should, at a minimum, knock on front door to announce their presence. We would rebook this home in any event.

Incredible yard & pool

The areas for improvement I have after staying here are few and far between. The house is in a convenient & quiet location, the pool and spa were incredible, and the house is very spacious. The living area is comfortable, the full-wall glass door to the back yard is stunning(!) and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bedrooms offer lots of space and were comfortable & clean. There were plenty of towels for the 5 of us who stayed. Unfortunately, there were a few minor things worth calling out: - I tried texted Acme to ask about garage access and they didn't respond - the pool had a small but noticable amount of bugs/leaves floating around & settled at the bottom - On the last night, the hot tub/spa heater stopped working - The giant window in the main suite shower appeared to have formerly had a shade, but was broken/missing, so there was no privacy there. Acme also did not respond to a service request we filed on their website about this. All of that said, this was a beautiful place to relax for a weekend, and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

What an incredible experience

The property managers were a pleasure to work with. The house was beautiful, clean, stocked with everyone you would need for a long or short term stay. We had a minor hiccup with checkin that we were missing one code, but the managers were swift in rectifying and supporting us. We would absolutely stay here again or rent with acme.

The property is truly amazing. VERY clean and beautiful inside and out. It is a great get-away and we will visit again. The property manager is the best that we have ever interacted with. They are kind, timely, and communicative.

Paradise in the desert

Just an amazing experience. Very relaxing, awesome pool and jacuzzi. BBQ was great and home was cozy and sofisticado. Area was very quiet and short drive to stores and casino.

Wonderful

Had a wonderful experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the property, my only request is that I wish we had been notified about the sound ordinance in advance of booking. We couldn’t play any music outside which was disappointing (not even from a personal phone speaker), but the place was lovely and my family had a fabulous time. Great location, too.

great getaway

We spent a few days at this property with grandparents and kids. Pool is great, hot tub heats up fast, kitchen is well stocked for both indoor and outdoor dining and cooking (the only item we couldn't find was a teapot). House is clean, lots of towels and lots of space. Backyard was awesome. We spent most of our time hiking in the surroundings and weren't too interested in being close to downtown, so the location didn't matter all that much to us. Everything you needed was within a 10 min drive from the house anyway. And it's just far enough away from the airport that air traffic doesn't bother you. Minor annoyance was outdoor lights that stayed on all night long (esp the lights wrapped around palm trees in front of bedroom window) and the Nest thermostat in the master bedroom lit up through motion detection every time someone moved in the master bedroom, which was a bit irritating at night. Other than that, highly recommend this place for your getaway
