The unit was very musty and in need of updating. However, unit was clean and well stocked with utensils, dishes, and drinkware. Half of the building was under construction. We were told well in advance of a water outage for 3 hours on one day. Less than 24 hr notice of AC outage for repairs. Lucked out - outage was less than proposed. This is the 3rd year in a row staying at Aqua during Fall break. Would still recommend based on ease of booking, location & parking.

Good, although two drawers, right of dishwasher and under bunk beds, would not open and close properly. Also, the parking garage is a hazard. While walking from the ground level to Shuckums,I fell. I dislocated my shoulder, fractured my ribs and suffered a concussion. While walking on the sidewalk between the garage columns toward the street I stepped into the landscaped area to allow incoming guest to pass and fell. There is a height difference of 6-8 inches which is covered with pine needles. I will recover, but the landscaped area needs to be a similar height as the sidewalk.

It was as advertised. The pool, grill, and beach were great. It was a good space to people ratio. We never felt crowded. However, one of the elevators didn’t work, good luck finding a luggage cart. The parking garage has plenty of space but will not accommodate tall / lifted vehicles or vehicles with roof top cargo carriers.

I loved the location of the rental! The unit has great potential but is a little dated!! Some update to furniture, decor, painting and deep cleaning or replacement of rugs and carpet would make a big difference to presentation and ultimately the renter’s experience. It would have been nice if some welcome packages with basic necessities like bath and dish soap would have been nice. None of these suggestions are costly, but would have made a big difference to the experience.

Very pleasant with variable weather conditions. The Aqua is very friendly and welcoming Nothing but positive. However, in terms of general maintenance with our unit there are areas which need attention. The first impression is the door. It needs paint and a general clean up. It looks the worst of any on our floor(23rd). The door stop needs to be replaced and the condo number plate replaced. Inside the guest bathroom has a spot which has been patched but it needs to be painted as does the hallway. It is acceptable it needs attention. Finally, the main bathroom has paint peeling by the tub above the faucet. It needs attention before it gets worse. Otherwise, we love this unit-spacious, excellent view and we were very comfortable. These comments have nothing to do with the location and the attentive staff which are excellent. We will be back and hope to stay here.

Check in excellent! Completed online with passcodes being sent and the codes worked. The condo in good condition. only concern was the mail box key. It was lost by the MGT. or not turned in by the last user and no replacement. It has been 5 days and still waiting for the resolution. Maintenance staff admit there has to be a better process. We had rented this condo last yr. and turned in the key. So, between March and December the key disappeared. The additional parking pass fee should just be included with the rental fee for the length of stay and not billed separately. As it is now it is a hidden fee.

Well located but worn down and dirty
This place could be great with a little maintenance and cleaning. However, it's been "ridden hard and put away wet." Upon arrival, I immediately called the maintenance crew for a carpet shampoo. So much more needs to be done but I didn't want to spend our vacation under construction. I hope this review to prompts the owners to invest in the maintenance of their condo. It is in an excellent location with a lot of potential if properly maintained.

The condo itself was fine. We enjoyed our stay as far as location, beach, and activities. I liked the 23rd floor for the view. I will only stay here again if the elevators are fixed, not only the broken ones, but the others as well. All elevators need updating. No ventilation makes crowded elevators unbearable.

Room 2305 was nice but could use some updating. Views were AMAZING! The unit could use some new carpet and some new furniture. Management was friendly. Disappointed our room wasn’t ready by 5pm but they were very apologetic. They also never cleaned the balcony prior to us arriving. Pool could’ve stayed open longer. Room was large and accommodated my family nicely.

Overall Very good to excellent! Condo 2305 is beginning to show its age. A bathroom shower update is badly needed, especially the shower stall floor. The wall taping in main bathroom is coming loose. The walls and moulding need repainting or furnishing. The guest bathroom has unpainting wall patches. Otherwise the location is great, the staff is courteous and helpful. The condo seems larger than others with its configuration. It meets our needs. While in need of some TLC, we definitely want to return next winter.

Overall the property is excellent but there are issues. Two of the four elevators have been out of service for nearly a month. Apparently the parts needed have to be custom made. Hard to believe. Normally the wait for elevator service is less than 5 minutes. This has been extended to over 5 minutes in some cases. I know the repairs need to be made sometime in the year and this is the "slow period." Secondly, the condo floors and walls and floor molding has layers of dust and dirt. Needs to be repainted or replaced. The same could be said for the walls. They could be refurbished and painted. There have been efforts to do so but more is needed. The entrance door also needs scraping and repainting. Most of the cowers did this when the building was repainted last yr. This one did not. Maintenance staff reported to me this was the owner's responsibility and not the HOA's. Finally, we have seen silver fish bugs. While not harmful they can be a sign of cleanliness issues. We like this place and will return next year but there are issues which the owner needs to address.

Our stay at the Aqua has been good. The staff have bee responsive to all requests even though they are working from home. The maintenance and cleaning staff are on property. The only comment I should make is the floors near the walls could be cleaner but this is nit-picking. Otherwise all is excellent. The next door construction is a non-issue. They start at about 7:00AM and finish at 5:00PM. No more noise than usual.

Our time in PCB and the Aqua Condos. has been very good. While the building exterior is being done, it has not effected the units. 2305 has been very comfortable and spacious. The living room furniture has been replaced with the exception of the TV stand. It is very nice and comfortable. A great improvement. With the bedrooms away from the gulf you have a much larger living room space which makes entertaining much easier. We will be back!

Overall wonderful stay. The picture is inaccurate. This condo has new living room furniture with the exception of the TV stand and the small desk-like hall table. They are old and should be replaced. These pieces are showing their age. Otherwise excellent. This condo and others we were in needs to be deep cleaned-floors(carpet should be replaced) mop boards dirty and dusty.

Outstanding in spite of the building maintenance. While inconvenient the painting etc. is a necessity for any building. This is the slow time when compared to the spring and summer so it is understandable. The condo was comfortable with new furniture. The only thing to comment on is the TV stand. Overall good experience. The furniture is in need of replacement as it is very worn out. The bar stools have missing vinyl pieces on the seats. When you sit on the davenport you sink down which makes it hard to get up. Generally all the furniture needs to be replaced.
