We have stayed in the neighborhood for years and always appreciate this time of year. Checking in was simple. The room was very well appointed. It wasn’t as clean as expected. There were no luggage carts which made loading and unloading for a 5-night stay problematic. Otherwise, great stay.

Cute and Comfortable

The property was exactly as pictured.I would stay here again and I was able to bring my pup, 2 humans and a pup fit comfortably. I liked the location.My only concerns were the beach and pool access and exit check. The building manager does an inspection of the unit once a guest checks out. Ours was done a day early, thankfully, I was in the unit at the time and no issues with dog running away. After a few emails back and forth I was able to get the access needed to enjoy the beach and all the pools on the property

Nice condo and laid-back area

Carillon beach is one of my favorite places to stay in florida...the area is nice and clean....nice onsite restaurant and gift shop....very nice to walk around at sunset...just a overall nice place!!!

Great condo!

My wife and I stayed here on an impromptu trip to the beach for our anniversary. The condo is exactly as it is in the pictures. This was also one of the only ones with the bed on the balcony side which is great. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Carillon is a wonderful neighborhood and convenient to everywhere you would really want to be.

Less than thrilled

The Inn was clean but old and in need of updates. The door to the unit was filthy but the inside was clean! The pool was further away than we would’ve preferred. But we only had to stay for two nights. Like I mentioned, the unit was cleaned and decorated tastefully!

Summer Getaway

This property is located near a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beautiful beach/ocean. The resort itself was being remodeled so we didn’t get to experience what it will look like when fully renovated/remodeled. The unit was equipped with everything we would need for this vacation (i.e., ice cube trays, starter toiletries, a couple beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs). The bed was very comfortable which was huge for us! A good nights rest is key to a relaxing vacation!

A great condo !

We had great communication and experience at Sunnyside. A great condo and wonderful location. Full of amenities just right for our small family. We are so thankful to have the accommodations and highly recommend. The resort is beautiful and perfect views from the balcony of the pond and property.

Wonderful one bedroom with a view.

Fantastic stay. Was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Children were able to stay in the living room on the pull-out sofa while my wife and I had the King in the bedroom. Great set-up of the space. All the appliances you need for a small family to have a perfect stay at the beach.

One of our favorite places!

Carillon is absoultely one of our favorite places! And the unit was perfect for the two of us and our 6lb minature yorkie. Great living...short walk to ocean both day and night, and a great neighborhood to walk the fur-baby. And the beach is basically a private beach....never crowded and perfect for just relaxing. We look forward to staying in this same place again...with very reasonable rates!
