    Avez-vous déjà rêvé de passer des vacances dans une villa italienne? Choisissez ensuite «Première place aux villas». Ce condominium de troisième étage élégant est situé le long de la très populaire et toujours très prisée belle route de plage de 30 km 30A.

    De l’avant de la villa, voyez les eaux du golfe. Surplombant le balcon arrière, admirez une belle piscine de 12 000 pieds carrés comprenant des cascades, des fontaines et un paysage tropical luxuriant.

    Peut-être recherchez-vous des vacances qui vous invitent à profiter d’une élégance décontractée tout en répondant aux besoins de commodité et de confort - ne cherchez plus. “First Place at the Villas” a été créé spécialement pour vous !!!!!

    Le revêtement de sol de l’unité est principalement constitué de carreaux de céramique, mais les quatre chambres ont des planchers en stratifié. Les clients bénéficient d'un plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert avec une belle cuisine bien garnie complète, y compris un dosseret de tuiles et des comptoirs en granit. Une grande et grande pièce est adjacente à la cuisine: à gauche un grand coin repas pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes: la pièce familiale à droite offre des sièges confortables, un éclairage pratique et une grande télévision. Depuis le centre, des portes françaises s'ouvrent sur un large porche de la piscine. Ici, vous pourrez profiter de la vue incroyable relaxante depuis le grand balcon surplombant la piscine lagon.

    Ce condominium de 2000 pieds carrés est adapté aux personnes handicapées et peut accueillir 11 personnes. Vous trouverez une grande suite parentale avec une baignoire adjacente et un jacuzzi. Une suite d'invités avec une salle de bain attenante complète, ainsi que deux chambres supplémentaires partageant une salle de bain complète, complète l'aménagement. Les chambres sont équipées d'une télévision.

    Si l'accessibilité aux activités est l'une de vos exigences en matière de vacances, alors «Première place aux villas» réussit le test avec brio. Une promenade de trois minutes vous emmène dans les magasins, les cafés et les restaurants de Rosemary Beach et Alys Beach. Et bien sûr, une promenade courte ou en tram vous emmène vers les eaux cristallines et le sable blanc du golfe du Mexique.

    L'accès à une piste cyclable / piste de jogging de 17 km ou à la porte d'entrée de la piscine se trouve juste devant votre porte. Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was clean and delightful; everything we needed. We appreciated the location, as we could easily walk to wherever we wanted to go. Our Stay

We killed 15 roaches.There were also ants. You need to check out the plumbing. We love the property and pool. We have spent 5 vacations at this property. The washing machine put black marks on clothes that were washed.

The Property was nice.. but very aggrevating that the fees that had to be paid cost as much as the condo.. that's totally ridiculous ... I will go another route next time..

Great!

Great location! Plenty of space for our group of 7. The only “pain” was the front door key situation - 2 keys were provided and left in a lockbox, but the lockbox was difficult to open and close. It just made logistics inconvenient. Would have been nice if the door just had a code to get in. Small price to “pay” for an otherwise great place!

Disappointed

We were charged for moving the furniture to our liking just ridiculous as we did not damage anything. The frying pans were so scratched up it seemed that maybe children had played with them outside with rocks and sand.The floors were so filthy if you walked barefoot your feet were black. Not enough towels or wash cloths. The blinds in the master were broke completely in half.

Completely transparency

Lets me start with the cons: - found a roach on night 2 (cleaning closet) and morning we left (in the hallway bathroom behind the door, which is on the other side of the cleaning closet) - public beach access for this building is a square of jam packed beach goers. 0/10 - some dishes we had to rinse or wash before our first use of them - there were conflicting checkout instructions (something on the fridge vs what I received from Vrbo) - no beach view :( - some wear and tear could use updating: broken blinds, wheel missing from cot Okay, now the pros: - great location - lots of beautiful views when you’re out walking - tons of places to eat, shop, hang out - bicycle rentals are close - pool was probably our family’s favorite feature, although certain rules were enforced more than others - beach was within a decent walking distance and the tram was nice, but the actual space at the beach during peak hours had us driving to other beaches down the coast throughout the week - grocery stores and gas/ice were close too

Condo was great, but........

The description says "From the villa’s front-side, see the gulf’s waters." which is totally not true. There is absolutely no visibility of the ocean from the gulf. Check in instructions weren't delivered until the day after arrival. NO check out instructions were ever sent. No hair dryers or hangers were provided. Both of which are basics in any hotel or condo/VRBO we've ever stayed in. The condo was very nice and the access to the pool was perfect. The employees that provided the shuttle and security were also very kind and helpful. My disappointment is really directed at the management company not the condo itself.

Good depending on group

The community for this property is the strictest we’ve ever stayed at. There are no tents allowed on this beach and there is a section of SIDEWALK a security guard stays at to make sure you carry anything with wheels across instead of wheeling them on the sidewalk. In my group there was a baby not walking and an elderly man who walks with a cane. It was a very difficult trip to the beach and because of that we only went one day. We bought a tent just for this trip and ended up not being able to use it. Also, the stairs to the beach are some of the steepest I’ve ever had to use. These rules/details should be on the listing for people to decide if it’s worth it or not. I know if it was we wouldn’t have spent $100 on a tent we never got to use.

Seacrest Beach - Unit C302

NICE PROPERTY The unit was clean, clear and appointed exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a nice view of the pool area and there is an air of excitement and fun as exuded by all in the area during their spring break. The condo uses physical door-keys for access held in a door mounted lockbox that can be difficult to open and close. There are TVs in most bedrooms with DVD players and good wi-fi connectivity throughout. COMMUNITY SECURITY Seasonal security precautions including required parking passes and pool bands as well as an 8 pm curfew for underage minors, nighttime gate control and security patrols, helped keep things orderly to the extent possible with numerous groups of over-excited adolescents in proximity to one another. All fun appeared to be good-natured and generally well controlled. ISSUES + RESOLUTION During the second day of our stay, a plumber promptly arrived to address a pre-existing leak in the master sink that was quickly resolved. The washer was down for four days of our stay, having been awaiting service on our arrival according to a note from the owner. It appeared that service personnel were diligently trying to acquire a needed part that caused delay before being able to fix the washer. SUGGESTIONS Change to security-code door access as seen on adjacent units. Install internet-connected smart TV in the main area that would allow users access to their own Netflix, Prime or other streaming subscriptions. Update washer/dryer.

Spacious villa with amazing location

This villa is so spacious with 4 bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There is a lovely view of the huge pool. The villa has a perfect location at the front of the neighborhood and parking spaces right by the building. We will be back to stay again foe sure!

Great location, amazing big pool but we were a bit disappointed with the very limited, small, beach access provided. Although convenient and nice to have the tram take us over....You better get to the beach by 5:30am to get a spot. Thank you so very much!

Great stay

Condo layout is great, kitchen very well equipped for cooking in, lots of seating for meals, excellent proximity to the beach, pool, tram stop and nearby restaurants and shops within a very short walk. Biggest downside is the beach itself - it’s unbelievably crowded with at least half of the small beach being taken over by the empty chairs of the vendors. Very disappointing. Hopeful Seacrest will reconsider their beach vendor agreements.

Great location & nice property. Decor could use updating.

Check in process was simple and easy. Overall this is a nice peppery. Furnishings are not very comfortable and overall could use some updating. That said, we spent most of our time outside & the area and proximity to Rosemary & Alys is great!!

Great trip

Rented this condo for Spring Break. It was very clean and spacious. Great view overlooking the pool . Check in process was smooth . Management sent the code to get in way before 4 PM so we were able to check in early If we wanted . They were also great with communication. I would recommend renting this beautiful condo in a great neighborhood. Seacrest/ Rosemary beach is an awesome community. I would also recommend using Best beach Getaways they were fantastic as well.
