Overall, the property was clean and well maintained. We did not opt to heat the pool for the extra fee, however we were able to use it as the weather warmed; it gets full sun on any sunny day during (Jan-Mar at least). Temperature of the water varied from around 60F to around 72F depending on the number of warm days.We found the property adequately appointed and comfortable, and for the most part the picture in the listing were accurate.The one thing we did not like is the bed in the Master bedroom.The bed is WAY TOO high (well over chair height), and impossible to sit on for an average height person (I’m 5’9”, and my wife is arount 5’ 6”). I’m going to try to attach a photo if possible.Adding to the problem is the fact that the mattress has a gel top that is completely worn out, especially the left side, and has hills and valleys in the center. It’s not totally uncomfortable, but should be replaced ASAP. Removing the box spring and replacing it with a platform (or at least a MUCH LOWER box spring), would bring it down to a more friendly height.We had a couple of small issues during our stay that required the management company to arrange for repairs, and they handled it with minimal fuss and disruption to our stay. The pool/ landscape team (Brenda & Joe) were great too!We like this area of PCB, and would consider renting this property again next year, if the owner resolves the master bed issue.
