The listing says the building construction was completed and that was the farthest from accurate. Banging from the scaffolding woke you up every morning and went on all day. Random men on the balcony with no warning while my kid was lying in bed, which spooked her multiple times. The cleaning lady said construction has been going on forever, so it should be listed in the listing. Half the parking lot is blocked off so parking is horrible and if you are back late, you won't find a spot. Part of the balcony was blocked off by a black sheet due to construction as well. workers trying to cover your car with no warning w plastic and tape stuck to your paint and only half covered. I did not contact the host bc there was nothing they could do as they cant stop the construction. If you are looking for quiet, avoid till construction is really over. We will stay again bc the condo itself was great and very clean. The cleaning lady is knocking at 959, so don't drag your feet getting out. The balcony is huge, but the neighbors sitting on their couch will be looking at you from their window. Beach chairs were so simple, and once they have your name, the chairs have your name for your stay each morning. Beds are kind of stiff, and frames on all beds squeak every move you make, but AGAIN the condo and stay are great, only main issue was the construction.
