Great location everything you need just right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again. The room was nice & had plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved waking up and seeing the full view of the ocean from the bed. We were never crowded on the beach or the pull.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo as the location was absolutely perfect and in walking distance to so much shopping and restaurants. The view from the door to the patio was everything. And last but not least, the condo was just as described and very nice, and our host was very attentive. Definitely hope to stay in this unit again in the future. Ocean Villa 11/22 to 11/27

My family and I stayed at this Ocean Villa condo for the Thanksgiving weekend. Amelia is a great host! She is very courteous and communicative. She wants to make sure her guests are happy with their stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view of the ocean! The condo is clean and spacious, great for a family vacation. I will absolutely be coming back and staying at this condo. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Absolutely recommend staying here!

Very nice and clean, love this location!

I love Ocean Villa Condos. This condo had air set at 74 and that was warm. You can set it but at 11:30 pm and 6:30 am it reverts to 74*. I forgot my chiropractic pillow, and although I notified Benchmark the same day of departure, I have not gotten it returned. You won't be disappointed if you stay at Ocean Villa.

Great experience at Panama City Beach condo

Great condo w/ beautiful views of the beach. Condo was clean and description was accurate. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning w coffee and dinner outside in the evening. Condo comes w basic one day supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and soap). This gave us time to get to the store. Beach chairs are available for rent on the beach or you can bring your own. Outdoor shower by the pool allowed you to get all the sand off everything before going up to the condo. . Only issue was there were no baking sheets, muffin tin or oven mitt in the kitchen, which made it difficult to bake biscuits or cookies.

The view is beautiful but the bed in the master room is STINKY. No laundry detergent. One of the toilet cannot flush. Even though they said they allow 2 parking lots, we only received one pass. They picked up our phone calls and said they would gave us the 2nd one on the 1st day or tomorrow but we had not seen it, so we had to check the car every time to make sure it will not be towed.

Cozy relaxation with incredible view

The view was outstanding and the accommodations comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. The front bedroom is closer to the road but worked perfectly for our 3 yr old granddaughter. It even has adorable "ladybug" night lights over the beds. Would definitely stay again. Hopefully same time next year. My suggestion to the owner/rental company is to have a book in the condo that addresses the wi-fi, tv and other information that is needed, such as the wristbands (I had no clue what they were for and nobody ever even asked to see it) Maybe some restaurants/attractions as well. I had issues logging into wi-fi and never did get it to work. So when I needed information it was hard to go back to the emails they sent. Be Well, Dana

There was some slight confusion with correspondence from benchmark management. I’m not sure if they acquired another company called Zia but I was getting conflicting emails from both companies. On the day to check in i received a text with a room code that didn’t work. Called the number and got that fixed in about 5 minutes. I called that a win after a 16 hour drive with 4 kids. Room could’ve been cleaner (dirty pan in cabinet, scorched coffee pot). Still had a great time with the family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started out really bad as the code for the door was incorrect and NO one would return our calls. We tried several times to contact VIA and the phone number for after hours without success. We called AirB&B and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone. First night had to stay in a hotel. Next day got the new door code and moved into the unit. AC was locked in heat and took 3 days to finally get it switched to Air Conditioning. We never did get the WiFi to work even after someone from your office came out to check on it. We used another units password for the whole five weeks we stayed. We loved the location and the unit was quite. Furniture was old and uncomfortable.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is spacious and has a big balcony with a beautiful view.The decor isn't beachy -- if you care about such things -- but it is comfortable.We were there in January, and it was peaceful and quiet with plenty of parking.The building amenities are modest -- the fitness room has one treadmill, one elliptical, and one bike -- and though it mentioned an indoor pool, there was only an indoor/outdoor unheated one.There are several restaurants and a Walmart within a 15-minute walk.The management company was responsive.We'd recommend it and would stay here again.

We traveled to the The Ocean Villa in June of 2022 to spend a week beachside in the Florida sun on the recommendation of a trusted friend. The unit itself was immaculate and spotlessly clean. It looked like it has been just recently renovated. The unit happened to be fabulous with a lot of space and all the basics: kitchen necessities, towels, sheets, blankets. The view was just gorgeous! We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the balcony with an amazing sunset and absolutely stunning ocean. Even on a hot day, you get some breeze on the 11th floor and can enjoy your meal and the beautiful view. You don't need to look for a water front restaurant, the best view is right from your unit! The condo is located right on the beach. One minute walk and you can enjoy white sand and the beautiful Gulf. No bugs or mosquitoes in the area, which is very important factor for my family. Two swimming pools and a hot tub were kept very clean. The place was safe and friendly and the staff working there was pleasant and attentive. The condo is conveniently located by the main street where all the entertainment is. It is close to Wal-Mart and some restaurants. We also went to St. Andrews state park for snorkeling and fishing (only 12 minutes drive) and were absolutely happy with it. It is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous condo with great location. For the first time, I have no complaints nor disappointments. I highly recommend it to my family and friends and will definitely be back!
