The resort is nice and close to restaurants and shops, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean but the living room furniture looked dirty. The dishwasher stopped working twice and communication with property manager is very slow. I was giving a complimentary late check out til noon due to slow communication with the repairs needed (dishwasher, closet light bulb, and tv with no signal) only to be woken up by staff and property managers calling at 9am and continuously up until 11am that we weren't approved to stay despite having a record of messaging that says otherwise.They need to get on the same page. I would definitely stay at the Calypso Resort again but not this unit because of the dirty living room furniture and lack of communication with property management and not with Emerald Destination.

The location is great being so close to Pier Park and having the ocean right across the street. The only negative take aways were the overall cleanliness of the condo, the walls appeared dirty, and the pull-out Sofa bed was to dirty to sleep on. We also received the wrong code to the pool and beach gate, thankfully the manager at the resort was able to give us the right code.

It was a great place to stay! It was in the middle of everything. Shopping and eating out was very close by. Great view of the pier! Only complaint was that it needed to be a little cleaner

Last trip to PCB

This room is nice and clean. It needs a new mattress in the main bedroom. The balcony furniture could be better also. We had lots of issues with our stay at the property, but not the property owners fault. I won’t go into details, but I’ll say that we will not be staying in PCB anymore.

We’ve stayed in this bldg many times before we love the complex itself heated pool, hot tub, oversized balconies etc. the unit was great, next to Pier Park plus lots of shopping restaurants etc. had an issue with parking pass but owner took care of it immediately we would stay here again

Amazing, but...

First, the location and view are top notch. You can walk everywhere. Sunsets (when there's no fog) are spectacular, as well as the nightime view of the area. Dealing with the rental company was also a pleasant experience.The unit itself needs a lot of work, specially the cleanliness. The furniture's also worn and grimy. I didnt say anything about these because i booked a 7 week stay and had time to do deep cleaning - which i did. Overall, if im booking another long-term stay, then I'll pick this place. For shot term stays, I'd go for another unit.

The bed covers in each bedroom was dirty, stained with spots and one had blood on it. No shelves in the bathroom shower to put soap on and no hooks to hang things on. Also the remotes in each room wasn't working properly. The ice maker stop working. There was miscommunication regarding the parking passes.

Girls Trip

Let me start by saying that the place is beautiful! Amazing views! Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Only thing was the floors were real sandy and there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. We also never got the access code to the rental, no wrist bands, no codes to any of the gates such as pool access, gym, etc. our barcode to the garage didn’t work either so the parking garage attendant had to open the gate for us each time. Otherwise, it was great!

Stay was perfect

The stay was perfect with its location to Pier Park, the beach and other attractions. The view from the condo was directly towards the ocean though we were not on the ocean, we felt like we were. The condo was well appointed with a warm atmosphere in the condo. The pool and amenities on site were clean, newer, and well taken care of.

Very bad experience and definitely NOT worth the money

Listed in order of problems that occurred during our three night stay: * No code provided and front desk couldn’t help so could not get in condo * Inside condo was not as clean as we would expect for the price (bathroom rugs dirty and bathroom sinks not clean) * There were no supplies worth mentioning (tiny shampoo and conditioner and one dishwasher tablet) which was ridiculous given the cost of the place * Not enough arm bands provided so my husband actually got yelled out and kicked out of the exercise center * Pool area completely closed the first and second days we tried to use them * Hot tub not hot at all and outdoor pool was freezing * Hot tub and pool had hundreds of white floating styrofoam pieces in them * I ran 10 miles on the beach and got in the pool to relax and was yelled at for drinking out of a plastic water bottle while in the pool * Construction right next door starts at 7 am every day so you will not be able to sleep in at all (this includes the weekends) * Helicopter rides take off and land right on the side of the building and they start early and go every five minutes ALL day every day…and they circle the building. This is additional noise beyond the construction. * We had to clean up carrots, lettuce and tomatoes out of the bottom of the pool since the pool attendants only had time to yell at us (when we were following all the rules) but didn't have time to actual clean the pool as they sat all day...ridiculous. * You can NOT use the pools in Towers I and II and there is no direct or easy way to get to the beach from Tower III. We have stayed at over a dozen different locations in PCB so have a good means of comparison. We do NOT recommend staying here.
