Subject: Request for Refund – Unsatisfactory StayDear Property ManagerThe condo’s location was lovely, but the unit itself had many serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance that made our stay very disappointing.Cleanliness:The kitchen had dirty dishes and glasses put away (lipstick stains, food residue on the cutting board, dirty oven mitt, and filthy info sign). Garbage disposal contained rotting food. Pots, pans, and cutlery were insufficient, damaged, and dirty. Floors were sticky—walking barefoot left feet black. Rugs were full of hair and debris. The front bedroom dresser contained Bucky’s food trash, and the front bathroom drawers had an empty alcohol bottle. No cleaning supplies (soap, detergent, or sponge) were provided.Maintenance:Washer knob missing, dryer takes 3 hours per load, and dishwasher doesn’t dry. Front bathroom shower had no hot water. Master bathroom’s left shower is scalding hot and non-adjustable. Master bed springs are broken and squeaky. Doorbell cover was missing (later found on top of refrigerator).Due to these numerous deficiencies, we request a significant refund for this stay. Please advise on how to proceed.
