Magnifique condo! Super endroit! Excellentes critiques!

  • Grand condo situé à l'extrémité ouest de la plage. Un mile de Pier Park et Frank Brown Park.
    Venez voir pourquoi nous recevons des critiques élogieuses et des visites répétées de nos clients. Condo super propre et confortable avec toutes les commodités. Nous fournissons tout, y compris des chaises de sable et des jouets de plage.

    Le condo comprend 2 chambres avec lits queen-size et 2 salles de bain complètes à l'étage. En bas se trouve une cuisine / salle à manger / salon complet et une demi-salle de bain. Hors du salon est un patio avec barbecue à gaz, parasol / table / chaises. Laveuse / sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité.
    Le condo est situé dans le centre du complexe en face de la piscine principale avec une courte promenade jusqu'à la plage. Le complexe dispose de quatre piscines (une piscine pour enfants), bain à remous, mini-golf, tennis, basket-ball et terrain de jeu de palets.

Property was as advertised and host responded promptly to any questions we had. We had plenty of space and it was in a good location with easy access to our surrounding areas of interest. Would definitely stay here again!!

The missing balcony with no safety concerns was unusual, the bedroom door could be opened to a 10 ft. drop. The balcony over the carport had 1 plastic chair, 1 broken chair and a roof tar bucket. The mini golf was virtually unusable, worn turf/bare concrete on most surfaces. We booked as pet friendly because we always travel that way, when we arrived to check in it was a big deal. ? Then we saw several dogs through out our stay. One would think some sort of discount would be offered for the missing deck and the unusable mini golf since it was part of the advertised amenities. Nope, just another number.

Nice place to stay

Really enjoyed the property. Very close easy walk to pool and play areas. Covered parking area was great. Had to Communicate with the host who was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

You will not be disappointed with this vacation rental, Horizon South is great and it’s vacation rentals are wonderful. This vacation rental and owner are amazing, the vacation owner is wonderful, he is prompt with all questions and information and makes everything smooth and easy regarding the rental. The rental is wonderful, it is very spacious and beautifully decorated and is located at center of most if not all amenities at Horizon South. This vacation rental and vacation rental owner are the best.

Welcoming, Fun, and Relaxation

The owner Bryan was great and very accommodating! The cleaning woman who was there was also wonderful. All of the staff was so kind and happy. It was a joy to be around uplifting people who helped make our vacation great! I plan on coming back with my family. This was the best family vacation we've had in a long time!

It was in a very good location, close to beach, Walmart, shopping, whatever you were looking for. I will book here again. I would have loved to have had a golf cart. Maybe next time we can

Not worth the money

We booked our trip in the beginning of the year. It said we would have a golf cart so we paid more for that condo,we’ll no golf cart. The outlets were awful we didn’t even have a toaster I had to go buy one then we had to set it on the dining area floor for an outlet. But we did enjoy the pools . Just not worth the money we paid. I feel we should be refunded some money for not having the use of the golf cart. Don’t say we would have one if not available.

Needs a lot of work

Golf cart was not working, listing said golf cart with rental. They didn’t fix anything they knew was wrong. He said he fixes things only when he has time. Everything with touch seemed to be a problem, one of the worse places I ever stayed. Didn’t tell us we had to pay for amenities, they didn’t even provide sticks for pool tables. Gym was a joke, and nothing worked.

Great location

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. The location is perfect and we love the condo and the amenities but being the second year, there was no golf cart, as listed, both years so I wouldn't bet on it. Also this year there was less communication with the host. We didn't get check in instructions until after the check in time and we were driving around aimlessly waiting. until we did call him and sent us details immediately. Those are the only problems this year. other than that the condo is great. It has a closet with beach chairs and an umbrella and 2 floats for on the beaches, so it's less you have to pack or buy which comes in handy. its always clean with minimum cleaning yourself with check out which is nice.

It was okay. The biggest disappointment was expecting the use of the rental’s golf cart….and at the last minute, I was advised that the golf cart would not be available, due to the previous renters…..but I could rent one for the week, from a local vender. This small change of plans, cost me hundreds of dollars! Plus, at the last minute….cleaning fees doubled because of an unexpected up charge. An additional security band fee was required to be on the property for the four of us. (Never Mentioned Prior to Final Payment.) A Fall break get away turned into a high dollar vacation. Fee + Fee + Fee + Tax + Processing + Surcharge + Last Minute Charges = 3 Times more than you thought you were paying. I however am an optimist and enjoyed the stay. I just wish the (price/perks) goal posts wouldn’t have kept being moved on me?

great location but no golf cart

on the listing it said the condo came with a golf cart, on our way to Florida we contacted Brian and he said the golf cart was in the shop because of the last tenants so we wouldn't have it the week we were down there, which was a disappointment so check before you book. the condo has a great location being right around the corner from the strip and not on the strip so it wasn't a congested area. 5 minutes walk from the beach. The golf cart would've been nice to have included instead we had to rent one for almost $700 for the week. If I would've known there wasn't a golf cart I would've looked for somewhere else. other than that the condo was clean and more spacious than I thought, it was right by the pools and hot tubs. another thing about checking in, I did not know about, every person you have with you must buy $20 wristbands each. so that was and extra $80 we weren't expecting. if you don't get a parking pass they put a sticker on your car window as a warning to getting towed. the sticker does not come off easily and they put on on our rental golf cart and the neighbors car who rented another condo out. they were not very happy. but it has a great location and nice clean condo.
