Weekend Getaway

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend away! I’ve stayed multiple times at Long Beach Resorts and have always been pleased with all our rentals. I will definitely plan on staying here again and look forward to our next trip!

Great small space for friends

Nice accommodation

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at this location. The resort is right on the beach with plenty to do nearby. The pools and hot tubs were cleaned and maintained very well. The entire area was clean and the people were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

super cute and functional

This unit is just like the pics. Comfortable size and functionality. Used kitchenette for coffee, lunch and went out for dinner. The beach wasn't as crowded as other properties and it's a short walk to Pineapple Willy's. Don't expect perfection, it's not but we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend. PS they have a new coffee maker in the unit. No Keurig. Also, FYI in height of busy season, most restaurants don't do resv and have long waits. (2hrs for dinner) and (1hr for Waffle House) so plan accordingly!

Couples Summer trip 2022

Over all easy process, great pics, exactly what we expected when we arrived. Cons: coffee maker doesn’t seem to work. Lights up, but never brewed anything.. A/C stopped working last day and a half of the trip. Saw a repair man outside in the A/C closet space for the floor. Assuming it had something to do with him.. but the last night was a bit warm, thank god for the fan above the bed. Also excessive “threats” in posting and papers about how we will be charged for all things associated with the rental.. rubber bracelets that cost around 5$ to have made will cost 20$ to replace.. linen damage.. Mandatory A/C settings upon leaving, even though a cleaner will come through the property.. 200$ charge if we’re late at all when leaving… none of this was a real fear, just seemed a little excessive to be repeated over and over in multiple writing pamphlets and online prompts especially went spending what seems like a more than fair wage for a week long trip. Hotels understand this is usually implied, and often lenient with accidents etc… just a thought.

Great location, clean condo with all amenities

I was worried there wouldn’t be certain amenities because of the size of the condo but it had everything we needed. The coffee pot did not work but there was as a Keurig machine so we used that instead. They also added a small dresser which isn’t shown in the photos. The location and property was great, clean property and beach with shopping malls and Walmart right across the street and plenty of restaurants and touristy spots close by. We had a Great stay!

Not worth the money

I was not happy with the condo due to it being so hot! The AC did not work good. The temperature never got below 74. The bathroom shower leaked and you could hear it dripping at all times.

Right on the beach

The location is excellent! The property is clean. The listing said it was two bedroom but it is a studio. The dryer needs maintenance or needs replaced as it is very noisy and doesn't dry well. I would happily stay here again!

Long Beach Resort 1300E

The view was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Our room was nice. I was disappointed that there wasn't a dresser with drawers to place our clothes nor hangars. So we lived out of our suitcase. Luckily we were only there for a short time. Owners didn't leave pool bracelets so we had to get those from office. Not a huge deal but was inconvenient. You have to have a code to the gate when going to beach. We didn't know this because the gate was open when we went but not coming back so we had to wait on someone to let us back in. Owners should leave a packet with all this info in your room. But they didn't. All in all it was a nice stay and will be back.
