My problem is not with the unit I reserved, nor the unit I was switched to two hours before check in time. My problem is with Emerald Coast property management, who manage the units. I stayed in a Gulf Crest unit which was clean but definitely needs some TLC; and I was charged 53 for a parking pass, which no one can seem to reimburse me for.

Gulf visit

This was our first time coming to the Gulf and it was perfect. The space was enormous. We all loved how open the rooms were. The view was fantastic. My favorite part was the beach service with the umbrella and chairs on the white soft sand.I loved watching the moon set over the water in the morning, a sight I've never had at the Atlantic!We'll definitely look to coming back some day.

Recent stay

We had a great time! The beds were pretty hard but the master had plenty of space for our family of 5 and even gave us the space to blow up a queen sized air mattress. Make sure to wear your shoes at all times or bring slippers. If you don’t you’ll have completely black feet your entire stay. The oven takes a bit of time to warm up and the dishwasher does not wash the dishes well. Most stuff we had to hand wash. The dryer also takes at least 2 times to dry clothes. It’s really nice having access to all the Dunes pools and Stingrays has a great watermelon margarita the host was easy to communicate with. The main sliding glass door didn’t lock but luckily there was a pole to put in the door so we didn’t have to worry about the littles getting out. Over all we would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This condo has so much to offer! Very family friendly and The views are amazing! Lots of dolphins in the mornings and early afternoon! The beach was perfect for all. Paddle boarding on calm days, boogie boarding on the waves. We had so much fun collecting shells and sand dollars, building sand castles, and playing games! The pickleball courts and work out room were in great shape. The heated pool was very nice for cooler days and evenings. There is a grilling area with charcoal grills. Staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful stay!

A good week at the beach!

The property and condo was like the pictures, only complaint was it wasn’t very clean. We had to clean it ourselves our first day because it was dirty. Didn’t look like the floors had been vacuumed and bathrooms were dirty. Other than that we had a great week and our group of 10 plus an infant had plenty of space!

One of the best vacations ever!!!

We absolutely loved this property. When we walked into the condo we were blown away. The property was well-equipped with all we needed. The mattresses in the guest bedrooms could use updating, but that would not keep us from staying again. It was fabulous.

Great property for a big family.

We walked in and were immediately pleased with the openness. The bedrooms were all very spacious. Plenty of kitchen space, dining area, and living room was huge. Great place for all of my family. Balcony was great as well. The murphy bed was a great addition. I would highly recommend that the beds be upgraded. The main bedroom mattress was great. The Murphy mattress was great but the other mattresses definitely need an upgrade. Other than that the pool was great and of course the beach was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful! Everything was great. The only negatives were floor left our feet black, in the kitchen, the sink stainer was unable to be removed therefore didn’t drain properly. The whole sink and faucet should be replaced. The master bedroom screen was partially ripped on the door

Great Stay at a Great Unit

The condo unit matched the pictures and fit our family well. The kitchen was well-stocked for the cooking we did while we were there, and the amenities, like the pool & the beach chairs, were nice & easy to access (and having 2 sets of beach chairs included was a great bonus!). Overall, great stay at a great unit!!

Spacious condo on quiet part of town

I loved how big this condo was, and the location was perfect. The only thing I could really improve on is that the beds were not very comfortable in the two rooms with the King size beds.

The property was easy to locate and really enjoyed the beach front. Everything matched to the descriptions on the website. We cooked most meals at our condo and it was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. All appliances were in very good shape. During out stay, the resort wasn't too crowded, so it was a nice time of the year to visit. The unit was very spacious and had plenty of room with 9 guests.

Needs updates

We love Hidden Dunes property and have stayed here many years. This unit had a few issues that need to be addressed 1) The dishwasher pulled out from the cabinet every time the door was opened. 2) The dryer had a broken piece around the door and would snag and ruin items that got caught on the rough edge. 3)The other problem was with the water pipes. Every time the water was turned on (all sinks and dishwasher) it made a sharp shrill noise that could be heard in every room. Very irritating when someone washes their hands in the middle of the night!! We called maintenance when we arrived bc the light was out in the master bathroom toilet area. They said they would come that day or the next but by Sunday afternoon we had to get a bulb, climb up and change it ourselves bc it isn’t good to have a bathroom without a light at night. I called to cancel the maintenance request Monday morning. Response was “okay.I’ll tell them”….not a sorry we didn’t take care of it. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars because the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay even with the issues.

First Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. The beach was awesome and weather great the whole week. We went 1 day to Shell Island which was fabulous. The 2 sets of beach chairs saved my back! We will definitely return to this condo.

Condo was very spacious. We had 11 in our group. Beds were comfortable except for pull out couch. My daughter said you would be sleeping on the coils. She used an air mattress instead. Dishwasher was a little rocky--not bolted in. I would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed the condo and the place. Elevators were amazing . Only thing that was bad was the dryer had a bad spot in it and tore up our beach towels. I think they need to replace the dryer. Other than that I would for sure go back.

Family Beach Vacay

The view was beautiful and relaxing. We loved the access to the beach and the availability of the chairs. We all had plenty of room to sleep with the 10 of us. The only thing if we had to be nit picky was one of the bathroom tubs drained slowly..... We would definitely stay again!!!!
