Top notch condo!

Perfection best describes this condo! It’s clean, updated and beautiful. The balcony with all of its different seating areas was our favorite spot! And the hosts are wonderful and easy to get in touch with. Loved everything about this place! We will definitely book this condo for our next stay in Panama!

Fabulous Condo

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful condo and absolutely love everything about it. They have taken the time to ensure you have everything you could need during your stay. It is very tastefully decorated with high end furnishings. Tim is very responsive and sends messages during your stay just to check in. You couldn’t ask for a better host! Outstanding

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll fall in love with this condo. The view is amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated. The furniture inside the condo as well as on the balcony is comfortable. We easily prepared some meals in and tried lots of great restaurants in the area recommended by Tim. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out. The views, the sunsets and the hours of relaxation were glorious. We would love to stay in this condo again.

The BEST reset!

Our family absolutely had a 10* stay at your beautiful condo. The condo lacked NOTHING!!! Everything about it was perfect, beautiful, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location gave us enough quiet but then we were just blocks away from stores and a couple of miles away from the pier, restaurants and fun attractions. Thank you both for making check-in easy and informing us of the delicious places to eat... We will be coming back next summer and will be reserving your condo when we do! Again, THANK YOU! Absolutely amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this property in PCB! The condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The hosts are so thoughtful and took extra time to make sure our stay was perfect. The location made Pier Park, PCB ans 30A easily accessible. Private beach was perfect for our family during spring break. The property is so well taken care of and everyone was so nice. Lots of owners on property who care which makes a difference. The balcony is unmatched! We will miss spending our mornings and evening enjoying the perfect view!

Amazing property!

I've stayed in several VRBOs in Panama City including this building, but this property was fantastic. It is exactly as shown in the pics! Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything that you need for the perfect vacay. The owner proactively texted me to make sure everything was as expected and kept us informed with a minor elevator issue. That was a first for me with VRBO. Beach service was also included which was a great surprise as it wasn't noted in the listing. Wonderful unit!

Perfect!

This condo was so warm and welcoming - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, nice showers and all the items needed for a great week/weekend away. The view from the balcony was fabulous and where we spent much of our time. Easy beach access/chair service. We prefer this part of PCB as it is little quieter. Tim made everything so easy from beginning to end, checking in with us and giving quick response with great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. His instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-out. Would recommend 100%.

An Amazing Condo in A Great Location

I have stayed at the Tropic Winds a few times in the past, but this is by far, one of the nicest condos I have stayed in here. Mr. Tim Morgan was a great host from the beginning of the reservation process till the very end. He was very accommodating, and communication was great and quick responses. Every part of this condo has been renovated and it felt super comfortable and relaxing. The balcony was the main place we spent most of the time, and it felt like an extension of the living room with the comfortable patio furniture they had. We had to cut the trip short, but we thoroughly enjoyed the days that we did spend here. I would absolutely recommend this condo for your next get away. I know that I will definitely be staying here the next time we are down in PCB.

Perfect even on a rainy day!

We have been coming to the gulf for 10 years in October and this was the first time we had colder weather and a storm... but I did not care! This was still a perfect vacation! We loved everything about this property! My favorite things I enjoyed- Amazing BALCONY, Perfect location, Condo was homey and welcoming, and communication was always quick! My family enjoyed seeing all the marine life and stars through the scope while hearing the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Take a 10 minute drive down to Pier Park for ice cream, food, and shopping. Even we to Ebro to try my luck. I will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect Condo at Tropic Winds!🌴

Perfection! From the minute we stepped into this condo, we were blown away! This was our 3rd time staying in Tropic Winds and this condo was by far the prettiest and most modern. The west end of Front Beach Road is definitely our favorite! The view of the ocean from the front door is absolutely spectacular. The very spacious balcony spans from the living room over to the master bedroom and it adds a ton of living space, a true showstopper! Even though it was just the 2 of us on this trip, I can see that a family or group would be extremely comfortable in this condo. The decor is everything that you would want in your own home and felt fresh and new. I was so impressed with the sheets, I had to ask the owner where they came from! As far as restaurants and things to do, it's just a short drive to the Pier Park parking lot which is also on the west side. We enjoyed Coconuts for lunch (fish tacos!) and Sharkys for dinner with amazing ocean views. However, we are beach people and happy to sun ourselves on the 2 complimentary beach chairs all day...a real perk that not every condo provides. Of course, the heated pool and hot tub were fabulous, as well! Also, we actually worked a few days from the condo and had perfect wifi and internet the entire time. Overall, the owners have thought of everything you might need. If you are coffee drinkers like we are, make sure to bring k-cups, there is a top notch Keurig we really enjoyed. Not to mention, coffee on that balcony every morning was a real treat! We truly hated to leave this bit of paradise, but have no doubt we'll be back! ⛱️

Our first time visiting PCB and this condo could no have been more perfect!!

Not enough stars for this condo, it is excellent!! Tim was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony is so spacious with comfy furniture making it our fav place to enjoy such an awesome view. Also the beds in the master and guest bedroom were so comfortable. This condo is decorated so well and has all the amenities you need to enjoy a great week at the beach. We typically stay on 30 A and do not like a crowded beach and this area was not crowded which is a major plus. The beach setup is so convenient and the guys in charge of that were the best we have had while visiting the beach. This has to be the best condo at tropic winds and if we are back at PCB we will def stay here!!

Perfect relaxing getaway

Such a perfect relaxing and beautiful getaway. The decor and amenities were amazing. So relaxing and peaceful. The balcony by far was our favorite place to relax overlooking the ocean. What a view! Wow!!! This condo is definitely a gem!! It was the first time staying at the Tropic Winds and we were very impressed with the complex. The condo is beautiful!! We enjoyed every minute! The owner, Tim was very easy to work with and made everything so easy for us! We will definitely go back!

Awesome condo

What a fabulous condo. Everything was perfect!!!. It was so comfortable and it felt like “home”. The pictures are very accurate. Having the two beach chairs with umbrella was a nice plus. Tim checked on us to make sure everything was going well. We had no issues so didn’t need to contact him. We will definitely stay here again next year!

The best getaway.

This property is beautiful. The owners were so easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. The parking was easy, the beaches were gorgeous. 10/10 recommend. We would be happy to stay here at anytime

We found paradise in Panama City Beach!!!

This condo will treat you to a true vacation. We have traveled numerouos places in the gulf and stayed on several islands in the carribean. We are no longer going to look for a place. We fell in love with this place and we will be staying in this condo from now on. To start, the condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you need. The bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses with soft and comfy linens, plenty of towels including beach towels. The balcony was even better than the pictures! Those chairs were so awesome. The condo includes a covered parking place that is just two parking spaces from the elevator, which was a bonus for my 81 yr old mother. She also enjoyed how close the beach was and how easy the white sand was to walk on. If you are thinking of a vacation or a get away GRAB this condo. If you need to change your dates to get this condo, trust me, it will be worth it! We are planning on going back for a couple weeks this winter!!! Can't wait. We did have a small issue with the sound on the TV, the owners answered us immediatley and walked us through it. We just are not very technical at all. The owners also sent us a welcome message and a couple more along the way to make sure everything was going okay. Super nice people! This place has it all. It is better than the rest!
