The third bedroom has a Queen bed, while the fourth has two twins. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart television. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, conveniently located on the ground floor near the elevator. Other spaces on the 5th floor of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
