Contacted Vacasa four times now-no response.We only had a very short time in PCB so we didn’t want to bother calling and waiting for this to be fixed but if I would’ve know the continued issues I would’ve absolutely called the first day-lesson learned.The home was NOT cleaned “covid safe”.. as u can see in the pictures and videos that the surfaces had crusted & greasy residue and the dishes were almost all dirty. See pictures. Red juice stained and sticky in a cup seems to be the same red sticky stuff splattered on the kitchen chairs. I brought groceries to make dinners at the house but I didn’t want to spend the short time we had there washing all the dishes.. once I decided to just wash what I needed I couldn’t cook because the stovetop didn’t work (video). Tried to use the grill instead.. filthy and filthy grill tools.When entering the property some instructions would’ve been helpful like which garbage could we use instead of upsetting the neighbors or to say where the thermostat was...behind the fridge!!!(?)!!! The vents were disgusting and blowing black onto the walls.. see pictures. The toilet handle was broke and gave my son a blood blister.. not only is the handle broken but the toilet will continuously flush until u lift the handle up. There was wrappers under the bed in the master and my kids complained of a lot of sand in their bedsheets the first night.
There was car parts, falling down fence, glass, sandals, cigarette butts, etc all over the back yard. (See pics.. we picked up the glass and cigs around yard and put in firepit). The back glass door needs screws tightened because it doesn’t close and is propped open with a gas tank.
The rug in the living room has tons of dirt and sand under it and smells badly like urine (maybe it’s the couch??).
When we arrived the washer wouldn’t wash & my clothes were full of powdered soap so thankfully my boyfriend is a maintenance man and was able to fix the washer which now works great lol.
I don’t feel like this is a bad property and I understand the week prior was spring break so I expected some mess from that but this was unacceptable. We decided to use vacasa instead of a hotel for the simple reason we wanted to avoid contact with others as we have an immune compromised child who has been quarantined for over a year now and I felt this was going to be cleaned up to covid standards but was definitely not. I have pictures and videos of property that vacasa hasn’t responded to whatsoever
