**NOTICE: The resort is undergoing construction/painting 9/14/26 - 2/28/27 (dates are subject to change). The 13th floor walkways are scheduled to be painted 11/23-11/30 (dates are subject to change). From November 11, 2026, through December 27, 2026 (dates are subject to change without prior notice), all on-site pools and direct beach access from the property will be CLOSED. During this period, guests will need to use the public beach access located on either side of the building to access the beach.

This closure is mandated by the Fire Marshal and is outside of our control. By booking a stay during these dates, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions. No refunds, discounts, credits, or other compensation will be provided due to the pool closure, beach-access closure, related construction, noise, or inconvenience.

This work is outside of our control and may result in daytime noise, equipment activity, workers in common areas, or temporary inconveniences., Entry to the unit may need to be requested during your stay. Please be advised that no refunds, discounts, credits, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise, activity, or other inconveniences outside of our control.
