Location was great, like a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the grocery store and coffee shop. Inside the house was very clean and stylish. The backyard and pool was perfect for our kids to play and great for our dog.

Excellent West End Beach House Near 30A

Extremely clean, perfect open layout for our group of 5, nicely landscaped yard. Communication with the property manager was excellent-- always very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

We were very happy with our stay. The place looks just like the photos. The house was super clean with cute beachy decor. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, though they could use a couple of extra kitchen towels and it would be ice to have some counter spray for clean ups. Plenty of bath towels were provided. It was close enough to the beach, though the walk was a little painful for our youngest since it was super hot during our stay, so even five minutes walk was hard for him. We loved having the pool, especially since we had a couple of days when the waves were too rough for our kids. The beach in that neighborhood was beautiful and never crowded. It was so nice to bring our dogs. We hauled crates with us, but there actually were two crates in the garage that we could have used. They also had some pool floaties, a beach cart, shovels, etc. All of us want to return to that property for our next beach trip!

Fall Breakin in PCB

House just as pictured. 10 mins from Pier Park and Rosemary Beach. A few suggestions to add to the house would be to have some extra blankets, the ones on the beds are very thin, I found myself cold at night as did the kids, no hair dryer, needed extra beach towels, and a roasting pan for the kitchen. Those were minor. We enjoyed our stay and would come back :)

Gorgeous, well-appointed home near the beach

This house is SO nice! The décor was fresh and modern, the amenities were very thoughtful, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything worked. The neighborhood was sort of weird; parts were a bit transitional, and the people who stayed at the house next door were loud and cussed non-stop and also smoked non-stop, so we did limit our time in the backyard. They also had their visitors park in our driveway (!!). No reason to take stars off this review though, just know it's an interesting mix of people. We loved the pool and the private yard when we did get to be out there. The beds were super comfy and all the linens were very fresh. Wifi was mostly good; some up and down service levels but overall we were able to work and have video calls with minor issues. The location was nice, on the quiet end of PCB and a short drive to the grocery store. The beach is about a 5-minute walk, but you can also drive and park right by the public access. We would 100% rent this home again.

It was ok. Overpriced but ok.

The location is great. Very close to beach. Quiet neighborhood. The slipcovers on couches are filthy and need to be cleaned badly. The rug in the living room was so full of sand that when you walked on it, it was like walking on the beach. We rolled it up and moved it. Under the rug was an inch of sand. Apparently the cleaners never move the rugs. I had to sweep and vacuum sand and dog hair under tables and chairs before we got settled. The rugs in the bedrooms have been peed on by dogs. Very stained. The master bath shower drains so slow that by the time you're done, you have water up to your ankles. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils but no salt, pepper, or any kind of seasoning so bring your own if you plan on cooking. Wifi is horrible. Internet signal goes in and out constantly. Power was out Thursday 10:30am - 5:30pm. Apparently they do repairs in the area frequently. The owner refunded a day's rent so that was good. The pool out back is nice. The water was VERY warm as it was the first week in July and very hot out. Overall the house was ok, but what we paid $$$ for a week, I expected much better. We have stayed in less expensive rentals that provide more towels, linens, kitchen supplies and cleaner furniture.

Great vacation!

Very impressed with this property, very clean, quiet, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The heated pool was wonderful since the weather was cool and rainy and the beach was double red flags. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and having access to the garage was an added plus. All instructions were clearly posted and any questions were answered quickly. Will definitely be returning. Great vacation spot!

Perfect vacation rental

What a great house! The layout, cleanliness, decor, location, proximity to the beach and necessities were all PERFECT! We didn’t want to leave. The dogs loved lounging by the pool in the private fenced yard just as much as we did. You will not regret booking this house. Five star rental.

Nice home

In general the home was very nice. However, the air conditioner was unable to keep up with the heat load even after a repairman checked it out. Not terribly bad, just not what I would expect from a new energy efficient home. The lack of a gas grill was definitely a shortcoming.

Outstanding Experience!

Overall this was an amazing stay. Home was great, very accommodating, and the location was excellent. Having access to your own pool was such a nice addition and made long days at the beach great for a quick dip in the evening. My only note would be to add a full-size mirror somewhere in the home and get a fly swatter. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Modern and neat

Very comfortable for a family of four. Modern design and tastefully appointed. Clean and well managed (the staff were impressively responsive). Located on a dead end with very little traffic, short walk to the beach. The only thing is that the layout is a bit contrived for these kinds of rentals due to the narrow shape of the lot - but this is accurately represented in the listing, and partly made up for by the smart open space design of the living/kitchen area. Overall a great stay!

Can't say enough good things. Short walk to uncrowded beach, super clean (does need new shower curtain), great space, close to Publix, CVS and very responsive. Pool in the back yard was great. Just needs a place for shade in the back yard and it would be perfect! We had an awesome time and wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. It fit our 9 comfortably. The heated pool was so wonderful; great patio area to grill and read. Comfy couches, ample kitchen space for cooking, and plenty of seating to eat. Huge tvs and great internet service. Owners replied promptly to texts and messages on VRBO. Excellent communication. Loved having nice washer and dryer to use. Would totally stay again and recommend to others.
