This by far was our favorite condo and resort we have stayed at in PCB. Our host, Michelle was wonderful. She was very responsive and her condo was top notch. We would love to stay here again, and plan to do so in the future!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful condo. We love it! It is incredibly clean and well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Michelle is fantastic to work with, very thoughtful and attentive. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is absolutely the best. We can't wait to come back!

Michelle was wonderful to work with, very accommodating. The upgrades are very nice, she has very large televisions in there for those of you who would like to unwind and watch television to unwind at night. The dining room table is very large. We played games on there at night. We have no complaints. Wonderful stay

Another great stay in the condo. This is our 4th time staying here. Great property and great location. My family loves it! The kids were asking before we left town to try and book again. Just a great overall experience.

The condo was rather nice. We enjoyed our stay overall. The cleaning crew needs to do a much better job between guest. We had to clean it before using. We loved the comfy den couches. The mattresses were all memory foam, which doesn't work at all for my family, but others might enjoy. The location of the condo is very close to the main pool, which we loved, however it's really loud, if trying to nap. The view is okay, but hard to enjoy with all the drunk people in the hot tub directly below.

This is a great condo! Very well maintained and updated. Well stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchen things like paper towels, coffee, s&p. I will say the kitchen only had one towel and no dish rags, we used a wash rag from the bathroom. Michelle, our host is fabulous. She wants to be sure you have a wonderful stay and she did. Great communication and easy to deal with. Goes over and above to help you.You get a clear, unrestricted ocean view from this unit. Being on the second floor is great because taking the stairs is not to strenuous.I feel we will are likely to rent this unit in the years ahead. Thank you Michelle for taking such good care of us and for taking such good care of your condo.

We stayed in this condo the last week of April, and we loved it! It was very clean and one of the nicest 2-bedroom condos we've rented. Michelle was great to work with. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Condo was amazing and owner is very nice , accommodating , and great with communication. The resort itself is very large , the only issues we had were wait time for the elevators and having to park pretty far away late at night, however, the condo , pools , hot tubs , and access to the beach made up for this. Everything was great!

This property is better than I could have hoped for! We were there for a competition so we knew a lot of families at Edgewater. We had, by far, the nicest room. Everything was clean and updated. The showers were phenomenal! The kitchen had everything we could have needed. I LOVED the super large trashcan! There were sand toys in the closet. They also had cups you could use at the pool. It was amazing! Michelle is the absolute SWEETEST! She quickly responded to any and all questions I had. She checked in with me to see if we needed anything. She helped us to set up payments ahead of time. I use VRBO to plan almost all of my vacations. I have never worked with such a kind and accommodating host! If I could I would only stay and Michelle owned properties in the future :) This is a MUST STAY!

We had a wonderful vacation! We brought our two teenage daughters along with their friends. Condo exactly like described, communication with the owner was stellar and location was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to relax in front of the big screen tv or go off for privacy in the huge master bedroom. Exceptional!!!
