  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonder view, only a couple complaints

Beautiful views, rooms and bathrooms had plenty of space. Super clean. Only a couple inconveniences.. there wasn’t really enough towels for showers so we had to wash them quiet a bit, we had some issues with the plumbing.. sinks, toilets and dishwasher kept backing up but it wasn’t a huge deal. And the lighting throughout the condo was pretty odd, I had a hard time figuring out the lamps. They did have beach chairs and towels which was super nice and convenient.Resort wise.. absolutely wonderful set up especially if you have pre teens. You can spend your whole vacation at the resort easily. Only complaint about the resort is there’s no golf cart parking so we had a pretty long walk every time we wanted to go out on the golf cart we rented.

Good week in PCB

We spent 10 nights here for our daughters dance competition. We went for a larger unit since we would be here so long and it was worth it. This is a really good unit. The resort is nice and the kids spent a lot of time in the huge main pool and in the smaller pools with friends in front of the other towers because it was double red flag for rip tides most of the time we were there.

This is a beautiful place. Even better than pictured as there have been several recent updates. We had everything we needed and more! Super easy check in and out. We had one very minor maintenance issue and they took care of it very promptly and efficiently! Can't wait to come back!

Spacious Newly Furnished Unit

Our unit was newly furnished with new living and dining room furniture as well as comfy new mattresses. The view and balcony made it all even better! Everything was spotless! The property manager responded quickly to any questions all throughout the process from beginning until even after checkout. We could not ask for anything more!

Do your research before booking

Our family stayed at Edgewater ("Sea Forever") July 2 – 9, 2022. We have visited this area many times over the last 20 years and had an opportunity to stay in several different homes and condos during that time. The condo we rented at Edgewater was the worst lodging we have ever experienced while vacationing on the gulf coast. The overall condition and cleanliness of the condo was extremely poor. The entire space is in dire need of a remodel. It is a dated space with popcorn ceilings and some areas with drop down ceiling tile. Despite the claim the space is cleaned and sanitized, there was a substantial amount of dust throughout the space and many of the patio doors and windows were not cleaned at all. Several electrical outlets in the condo were loose and didn’t function properly. The hallway floor tile was loose and broken in several places and presented a safety issue. The first king bedroom had multiple issues. The mattress was extremely hard. Venetian blinds were missing from the windows and laying on the carpet when we arrived which was a major privacy issue. Drawers in the chest were offtrack and fell on the floor when opened. The vent in the bathroom was clogged and did not allow air to flow properly. Cobwebs were present in the shower. The second king bedroom was very dark. The mattress in this room must have been many years old. It had lost all support and the frame was very squeaky and felt unstable. Upon our arrival, there was a massive wet spot (4’x4’ in size) on the carpet as the bedroom transitioned to the bathroom. We had to wear separate shoes to walk between these rooms to not track whatever the substance was throughout the rest of the condo. The third bedroom had a similar issue with privacy as it did not have several venetian blind strips. Chest drawers in this room were also off track and did not function properly. The bedroom was also missing the closet door. Beginning on the second day of our trip, we began notifying the property manager of these issues. We reached out multiple times throughout the week. There were only two action items taken. First, after the fact, we learned a handyman accessed our condo to make some repairs (not the repairs we requested). Second, the property manager refunded the cleaning fee. For the cost of the condo for a week, we feel it is important for potential renters to have visibility to conditions at this condo. The view is great, though.

Awesome Rental for a Week at the Beach

This unit was exactly what our party of 8 needed for a week at the beach. Plenty of rooms, beds, space, comfort and amenities, pool/beach access, extra beach chairs & towels, unbelievable balcony views, food & drink access - you name it. Clean on arrival and in great condition. Great communication with the host as well. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!!

I can not say enough about this property!! First, just let me say that the Pictures can not do it justice. Next, I am a service person. I love knowing that a business will take care of their customers. Well, Carla was amazing! This property is HUGE! I love the fact that we could relax in the master suite or on the balcony of the master suite while the rest of the family enjoyed the rest of the condo. We could barely hear anyone. The balcony extended the length of the entire condo. Let me not forget to tell you the balcony is huge!!! The views on every side are beautiful!! We truly felt as though we were in the comfort of our own home. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook a nice meal. Finally, Carla did an amazing job making sure the condo had everything we needed. I can not say enough about this property I strongly recommend this property!
