We have came to Panama City for family vacation for YEARS! We have stayed at tons of different condos, and this by far was the WORST! Itâs definitely in our list of do not stay at again. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with nasty attitudes from stay trying to figure out how to check in. Parking and fees cost us almost 120 for two vehicles, which we found out we didnât have an actual parking spot but had to ride the parking deck that is extremely tight and find a âyellowâ spot to park which was a nightmare! Our room recked of smoke/animals as soon as we opened the door. We immediately had to pickup trash out of the floor, and I donât mean small pieces of trash but tags from clothes, a hair towel box, money, and plastic. We have a one year old so we had to do this very quickly! There was cigarette. âgutsâ on the bedside table of the master bedroom and not to mention the kitchen counters were disgusting. There was a broken mirror under the bed. I immediately contacted guest services and they said the property manager would be in touch. We couldnât sit at the table because the legs were so wobbly. I didnât hear from anyone until the next day when they sent someone up to vacuum which only stirred the smell up again. The experience here was so bad all the way around that I wouldnât personally stay in any unit here, the parking alone was enough for me to realize this was not a place for my family and I.
