Sur la plage et les pieds dans le sable, dans la zone de Long Beach, cet appartement condo se trouve à 15 minutes de marche de sites comme : Plages de Panama City et Thomas Drive. WonderWorks Panama City Beach et WonderWorks se trouvent également à moins de 15 minutes de là.

Outdated condo

Condo is definitely outdated. Recliner was dirty and the wall had holes and scratches from previous stays. There is a box tv (yes that old) in main bedroom. Main bedroom mattress is extremely hard. Toilet in main bathroom runs and you have to flush twice or hold it down. Stains on ceiling in both bathrooms - drain in second bathroom needs attention. Located on second floor - no wait time for elevator and in close proximity to beach access which was nice. However- if you are looking for a quiet stay- this isn’t the place. The condo sits above the beach access so there is constant movement of people and noises all hours of the night. Overall it was a decent stay but for the money I have stayed in better.

2nd floor was nice, room was clean the beds were comfortable. Kitchen and living room have been renovated recently. The AC was super cold no problems. The actual square footage is good, you have plenty of room to relax. Both rooms have access to the balcony as well as the main living room. Plenty of seats on the balcony with large table. Perfect view of the ocean. Each bedroom have floor to ceiling windows with good black out curtains. There is a pool for building 1 and the large pool is in the middle of the buildings, maybe 2min walk. Walking to the beach is one of the shortest in PCB. Easy to access the beach. The included beach chairs can be reserved around 9am each day but I was able to catch them around 8:30. We did need to contact the manager once (left one suitcase after the door shut on checkout) but she only took 30seconds to call me back and was able to help us from disaster. Will 100% stay here again and I’m sure all their properties are great.

Never have we experienced such a warm welcoming environment! Everyone was super sweet along with the security guard who patrolled the pools. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Lastly we had a blast in the ocean and eating/shopping at all the nearby restaurants and stores. Already planning to stay here for the upcoming summer season!!

My family and I go to PCB every year and this place has been the nicest we’ve been at so far with the best amenities included! Owner was easy to contact and get ahold of if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun trip ♥️♥️♥️ Loved this condo and resort!

This unit is a 5 out of 5!!! I love Longbeach Resort. I love the location, the parking and relaxing atmosphere. The view is gorgeous and I loved having a table and chairs on the balcony!! ALL of the rooms had gorgeous views. The second floor location is awesome because we never waited on the elevator! I loved that the unit had some thoughtful necessities like soap, shampoo/conditioner, boogie boards, toys and 4 beach towels. It’s a HUGE bonus that the condo came with 2 beach chairs. It was easy to go down to the beach and reserve our chairs for the length of the stay at no cost to us. It’s also close to Hershey’s Ice cream, Walmart, Ripley’s titanic & Wonderworks and more!!! The unit was pretty clean. I really liked that they left a vacuum cleaner for us. I like to vacuum daily especially in a unit that’s on the beach. The carpet around the entrance to the room with 2 beds and some of the rugs could probably use a light shampoo. I would recommend getting some dish towels, dish cloths, and a dish drainer because not everything needs to go in the dishwasher. We hand washed some things like pots and pans. They also need a pizza pan and some plastic storage containers for left overs cooked at this unit. My family really enjoyed this condo, the pools at this resort and the time we shared together here! ♥️♥️♥️

Poor maintenance on what could be a lovely condo

Wonderful location with great ocean view. However the property needs deep cleaning and plumbing issues resolved. Hate to report but the condo was bug infested and we got bitten. I told the manager they should not be allowed to rent again until these issues are resolved.

Great property-bad timing

Long Beach Resort was quite lovely! The views each day were magnificent! The condo had plenty of water toys, boogie boards and even extra beach chairs that were very handy! The third floor location was perfect! Having the reserved beach chairs and umbrella was key to our relaxation as we spent a lot of time on the beach! We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the very spacious kitchen. We also had double red flags each day until our final day there, but we could still enjoy the pools, which was definitely a plus! Because of the week we were able to travel, there were many Spring Breakers. Obviously, this caused some issues with folks jumping the fence from the private beach access and such but LB resort security was on it immediately! Panama City Beach police dept were fantastic in keeping traffic flowing, crowds minimized and residents protected. The previous guests in this condo had broken some furniture, which obviously was not Kim’s fault at all. Kim was FANTASTIC at communicating and responding immediately with any concerns we had! Super involved in ensuring our comfort!! Kim, you are doing a great job!!!

Christmas trip

The layout of this condo is perfect for 2 couples The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living space, each with their own bathroom. The balcony is very roomy and the view is perfect. The condo needs a few minor repairs and updates overall it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Quick getaway

I took my Mother for a quick getaway to just relax a little. We loved all the windows on the beach side. My Mother didn't want to walk out on the beach and be in the heat so we pulled her a chair in front of the large windows where she could enjoy the view and she said she had the best time. She did have a little difficulty getting in to the deep tub/shower but everything else was wonderful. I did have difficulty with the door code upon arrival but I called them and they fixed it right away over the phone.

Great place !

Beautiful condo, very clean, easy access to the beach . Beds comfortable! Will definitely stay here again ! We visit 2-3 times a year this by far was one of my favorites!

Perfect

Condo is perfect for two couples. 2 masters and each couple had our own bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked. Love the 2nd floor location....down one floor and out to the beautiful white sand beach and Gulf. A favorite is the tropical pool. A plus is the included beach chair. Would definitely stay here again

Best place we’ve stayed in years!

We checked in with no issue. Changing the code on the door was easy, the elevators were quick and the amenities were not crowded. The beach chairs were a plus and easily accessible. Our kids loved the location and the number of teens they could socialize with was a plus. We could walk to go eat or shop. The few things I had to contact them about were quickly addressed as well. We will definitely rent here again!
