Perfect Beachfront Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to 30A for 20+ years and this is by far one of the best we've ever stayed at. It is our 2nd time at Sand Cliffs, but 1st time in this unit. It is beautifully updated and well kept. It's beachside and faces the beach so the balcony views are amazing, and the price point compared to other rentals for beachfront properties is not bad at all. It was me, my husband and our son with his two friends. My son and his friends were in one room that had a queen bed and 1 set of bunks, with a bathroom off of the hallway, while my husband and I had a king bed with bathroom in our room. And the dining and living area was so spacious with enough seating for all. The only negative was it took a while for the icemaker to kick in once we realized we needed to turn it on, but all good. There is a tennis court and basketball goal too on the property and we got to play a set of tennis, so fun! We were on the 4th floor, and there is a garbage chute right next to the elevator so it made it easy to take trash out. And I love that this property has a private beach so the beach is NEVER crowded (we always go the 2nd week of June). This property is right at the light at 30A and Watersound Parkway so it’s a straight shot to Publix and convenient to so many restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about this unit and complex...we will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful. Stunning views, Comfy beds. This unit is truly in the best location. Close to pool, great upper floor allowing for beautiful ocean views. Next to the elevator which was so nice as there was the convenience but never any noise coming from the elevator area.

Great Home

The private beach and ability to stay away from the crowds was exactly what we needed. I would stay here again. The home itself we loved, the resort, the pool all of very clean, friendly people, 10/10. The ONLY downside was the poor communication from management. There is a locked gate, we didn't know about so, we had to call and get the code while blocking the entrance. The gate code changed three times while we were there, and no one ever informed us. There is a pedestrian gate, we never knew about, there are no maps, no communication on where the home was located inside the resort and it took us a while to find it because there was also no office staff, the communicated company for beach rentals was also wrong, the had a display in the home with a number to rent beach chairs, wrong. There are no cleaning implements, no brooms, no dustpans...if you are bringing kids with you, you know sand, so a broom would have been nice. It says "free tickets" that is also not true.

1. little nats in the unit 2. No instructions on how to use the TV - very frustrating. Basically couldn't use the TV. 3. The refrigerator was making a weird noise at times near the end of our stay.

Five sisters from Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas met to reunite and welcome new family members at the beach. Wake up each morning and watch sunrise from your oceanfront condo. Meet at the white sand beach or crystal clear pool for a day of fun and relaxation. Dinner is your choice from multiple restaurants or cook whatever you picked up at nearby grocery. Reservations, payment, checkin and checkout are easily accessed on the Hospitality app. If problems or questions able to contact property associates anytime. We can’t wait to go again!

Sand Cliffs Recently Renovated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is probably one of the best rentals at this location with 2 bedrooms. It is decorated beautifully and has an excellent view. The only complaint is the guest bedroom master bed needs a new mattress. There is a topper on the bed which slopes down to the middle of the bed so you feel like you are rolling down a hill all night long.

The pictures do not do the place and/or property justice. My family and I were more than pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was. The renovations were fantastic and spot on. The property is perfectly located right on the beach with an amazing view. The kids loved having the bunk beds and queen size bed in the same room. We spent time in the condo, which was more than spacious for my wife and I and three kids, we took advantage of the pool, which is very large and were steps from the beach. We had many friends staying together in a large house down the beach and they commented that they wanted to stay where we were all in our units. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

Great Place!

This is our 2nd time at this unit, and probably our 12th time at Sand Cliffs. It’s always nice! They’ve updated this unit since the last time we stayed, and it looks great! The amenities are great! The kitchen was properly stocked with all the needed utensils and pans. I’m sure we will be back.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Property was clean and made the stay very relaxing. Beach access and view were spectacular and pool was right within view just like the ocean. Chair rentals were easy to make.
