If a pet is approved, a $175 non-refundable fee per dog, per stay applies. Only well-trained dogs are permitted. Cats and other animals are not allowed unless specifically approved in writing.

Pool heat fee is $500/week or $100/day.

Parties, events, weddings, receptions, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval from the owners or Vacay Away. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
