The large open floor plan is the perfect way for guests and family to gather around and enjoy each others company. Play a board game, or a friendly game of golf on the Nintendo Switch, read a book (we have a variety to choose from), watch a movie on one of the smart TVs, or just sit back and relax and take in the beauty that surrounds you. The floor to ceiling windows, along with the steel framed glass doors, offer exceptional views of the bay from every angle.

Each floor offers its own entryway, along with a full kitchen, bedroom, spacious walk-in closets, and full bathrooms.

Each living room and bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. For the music lovers, we provide you with an Echo Dot speaker (5th Gen) on each floor. For the workaholic, we provide a fast and secure WiFi connection (up to 1.2 Gbps download speed) with a battery backup in case of any power outages (up to 4 hours).

We’ve provided an array of items to make your stay more enjoyable! In the storage cabinets on the first floor you’ll find a pack n play, plastic cups, a tent, a blow up raft, beach towels, pool floats, an air mattress, extra linens, pillows and more! A heavy duty beach wagon is located directly across the way in the laundry room (next to the dryer). 2 kayaks are also available for your use.
