« This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult.
The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it...

But they must have forgot to develop as the floors were dirty and the room smelled of mold.
The breakfast was very poor and there was generally low level og hygiene.

« Very nice brand new hotel. There are shops nearby. Nice breakfast and small but OK gym. The only problem is to find it. Since it is new, it does not appear in any of the map searches and no one really knows where it is. Not DiDi, not the drivers, not the maps....Sheraton should make some efforts to place it on the search engines/maps/taxi. »

« Everyone was accommodating. The room was big, comfortable and vey clean. Its very modern with advance remote system. Its a home away from home. »

« If you cannot tolerate the smell of cigarette - be sure to request a room on the 9th floor. We specifically requested a non-smoking room and still got placed in a room (8th floor) that allow smoking. The staff was at least apologetic and found us another room quickly, but we wasted about 20-25 minutes in the meantime which was not very pleasant after having travelled all morning.
Otherwise the room itself is clean. Water pressure is on the weaker side but tolerable for one night. »
