Within a short distance, guests will also find shops, taverns, cafés, bars, and restaurants, making everyday living feel easy and relaxed.

Inside, the villa feels bright and welcoming. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light from large windows and wide sliding doors that open directly onto the outdoor space. A guest toilet on the ground floor adds extra comfort and convenience.
