« I was very happy with my stay and think this is an excellent choice for people only needing one night if they are flying in/out of Kolkata due yo its proximity to the airport. My only criticism was the confusion regarding a late night pickup that I organised as this caused undue stress and a very long delay. The manager was very apologetic, but I recommend they improve the airport transfer system. »

« There is no “free breakfast” it’s fraud. When my parents went and requested they flat denied. My parents asked for giving this denial in written, they denied this as well. I contacted Expedia representative who called up the hotel and they denied the representative as well. The amenities were 0 (not lacking 0). No soap, nothing. Location is good. »
