« My room was in good shape. The remote did not work very well on the TV unless I stood right in front of it to change the channel. The building is close to the highway so there was alot of noise around the entire building. The area around the building was a little sketchy but I did not experience any issues during my stay. There was alot of activity in the hallways a couple of nights that did concern me but things settled down around midnight during the weekend. »

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« Room renovations or repairs were apparently in work. Unpainted patches and wall repairs were evident. Carpet needed restoration; strong odor of odor counteractant and occasional strong whiff of maybe urine. Breakfast was very good. Check-out was efficient. Selection of facility was based on an 8.4 rating. Our room was well below 8. »

« When I got there, no greeting the desk.
Checked in, elevators broken and the one we could take was sketch.
Get to our room, and the housekeeping has sheets in the hallways for most of the night.
Pool was freezing. Hot tub was cold as ice. We asked for pool help, but didnât get any. The hotel overall was dirty, unkept, and staff was not very nice. The gaming area took the kids money. I do not recommend staying here. »

« The staff were great. The breakfast was fine. The room was very dark. Needed more lighting. That could be why i felt like the room was a little rough. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was really beat up. I covered it in toilet paper just to be able to sit on it. The pool was clean and the kids had a good time playing in it. »

« What an awful stay. The rooms furniture is all stained, the bath tub had no plug the carpet was black, kids were running up and down the hall screaming and slamming doors, and I found at least 10 rusty nails laying in the parking space right next to my tire.
