Hôtel près de Parc commémoratif Hart Memorial Park, Houston, Houston

« The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable and kind. I didn’t like the noise from a room beside ours. »

« Good »

« It was much worse than expected. There was a burn hole in the top sheet. The sheets were completely stained and so were the towels. I was just there on an overnight layover and slept on top of my clothes because it was that gross. Just pay a bit extra for a better rated hotel. This one is not worth it at all.

Eau chaude tres longue a venir... Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre 111 »

« Staff very professional and room clean. And the navette for aeroport is free 24h »

« Sérieux manque de propreté ! »

The girl on the phone told me it would be about 15 minutes. I had to call her 4 or 5 times to ask if everything was ok and every time she told me there was traffic and it would take 10 more minutes and seemed annoyed that I was calling her... wait, what? Excuse me but who should be pissed?! What I noticed...

« Jacuzzi was clean but expensive at $130 . Nasty dirty underwear and several items were left in the room. »

« Confortable, friendly and smiling staff »
