« We came to ride the trails. I liked that we did not have to trailer the machines to the trail head on 2 of the 3 trail systems that we went to. Myrna and family are very friendly. Always asked if we needed anything. They allowed us to arrive early and hang out in the plentiful parking area. This allowed us and our pet to stretch our legs while she was cleaning the place for us. Town’s people are friendly and very appreciative of our business. »

« House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Caretaker Pete was the best part of this house, he lives across the street and is very very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is rough however he reassured us we were good and all our property would be safe and it was. We went to WV to ride the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system, it was amazing!!! Suggestion for home owner, its time for curtains and a couch. »

« From the beginning to the end Gary the host communicated with us brilliantly. The cabin was just as we expected and the attention to detail is second to none from the amenities to the coal and firewood. We stayed for two nights and it was a real restful environment from driving from NC and then being on the UTVs the next day. We enjoyed cornhole and being with British friends they enjoyed the different surroundings and experience of the WV countryside. I would definitely recommend Papa Bears for...

« The house is very clean with lots of parking for my truck and trailer. We had easy access to Bearwallow and Rock House trails. Even the connector trail to the shopping area was alot of fun. This properly is a good spot to stay if you are trail riding with a small group. »

« We came to Gilbert to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails. This cabin was cozy and private. The cabin was close to Gilbert for the convenience of groceries, gas and restaurants and also trail heads to the trails. We did not use the hot tub and the tv wasn’t working but the available WiFi was sufficient to keep us occupied in the evening. Would definitely stay again. »
