« Exposed pipes everywhere down the long hallway to the stairs. That’s right… no functioning elevator. Got to the room, and it was disgusting. Torn furniture, waterlogged carpet in front of the A/C unit, moldy smell. Table lamp in between the beds looked like it had previously caught on fire. « The room was mostly clean, but housekeeping should pay more attention to things such as, molded shower heads ( we used two different rooms and both were the same, my husband cleaned them), questionable things on the bathroom walls, there should be no leftover hair in the tub.
