« Better communication and transparency could be improved, about the rules at the searching before reservation and after booking. I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay with my Service Dog, to feel safe and avoid issues (regardless is Service Dog). The place charged $45 fee per dog and apparently per night. « The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. »

« 3 of us stayed here while on a biking trip through and around Blue Springs State Park. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and each bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice space and spotless like the rest of the room. There were plenty of plugins for the three of us to use, along with a nice closet and small fridge for food and water bottles. « Room directly next to the bar, literally could have put the bed in the bar and it would have made no difference. Don’t go there if you want ANY sleep. The last person didn’t leave the bar area until midnight so we weren’t able to get any sleep until then. There was also a radio on a lobby table right outside our door that would turn on automatically at 4am!! The room was very dirty. Tissues and old lost lipsticks and dirt all under the bed. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them. »
