« We travel for work and pleasure about 250 days a year and stay in VRBO or Hotel chains. This host and property deserves a 10 out of 10. Communication was excellent any problems that arose were handled immediately. « The property was really nice and well stocked. The only issue was the 17 stairs that were straight up, I have stairs at home but nothing like these. The stairs are impossible to navigate for older or overweight people. My sister was unable to see the upstairs due to knee issues. We loved the screened in back porch and the location was great. The check in was horrible, vrbo emailed us the wrong entry code with no response when trying to reach them. »

« What a quirky property! A great space for a big group, though some of the bed accommodations are going to be a little... whimsical? As is the reality for big rental properties like this one. But for the proximity to both Savannah and Tybee, this place was perfect and a great value for how spacious it was!We unfortunately didn't get to use the pool much due to rainy weather, but it seemed lovely. « Bird Baldwin Forsyth House was well equipped for our stay. Parking on site, comfortable bed, large suite were all great. What they don't tell you also matters. There is no pool on the property, the pool is a 30 minute drive away on Tybee Island. There is no parking nor towels at the pool. This is not disclosed until after you book and pay.
