« Booked a “1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Balcony, Oceanfront (Balcony)” with check in time that starts at 4 PM and ends at 5:30 AM. I show up and the room given to me was a room on the first floor with a balcony facing closed shops and flipped tables. When I complained to the receptionist, the explanation I got was that “we checked-in late…”. There are no mentions of what is considered “late check-in” while booking. « I've never been in a hotel where housekeeping hasn't left a few rolls of toilet paper. The day before we left, she didn't leave toilet paper, and we ran out in the middle of the night and had to use kleenex. Our room was way to far from the lobby.
