I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. « Place was as listed, everything super nice & new. Decor and upgrades were upscale and comfortable. Neighborhood is definitely up scaling and basically in Avondale. Lots of restaurants and shops within bike distance & parks walkable. Quiet residential area. »

Minutes from several Jacksonville attractions, the home is peaceful and so very comfortable! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with all of the cooking utensils you'd need! There a standard coffee machine AND a Kuerig, an in-fridge water dispenser, and beautiful quartz countertops with bar seats for your crew to spread...

The host was very welcoming laid-back and Helpful and the pool was so much fun with amazing slide.I got to invite my family and throw a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom and it brought her so much joy and tears her eyes. « Location is perfect. Waking up to the sunset over the beach while enjoying coffee on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The pier to the beach was right outside the back door which is very convenient especially if you have a lot of items you like to carry. The beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed walking the pier and seeing the turtles nesting and rabbits hopping around in the dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking...
