« Excellent location just far enough off of A1A to be away from traffic noise, yet very convenient to dining, shopping and Amelia Island. Property, house and yard, is clean and well maintained. Good kitchen/living room space and roomy master bath. Garage with an operational garage door is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and street has a couple of speed bumps for speed management. Will definitely stay again! »

« Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

« Check in was made easy by the host. I received an email with a code for the door and that took care of check in!The kitchen/living room open concept was great for the many family meals we prepared. Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher ! »

There a standard coffee machine AND a Kuerig, an in-fridge water dispenser, and beautiful quartz countertops with bar seats for your crew to spread...
