„My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. „We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well.
