« We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. »

« Owners are very nice ,the lady knows a bit of English. She made delicious breakfast. Bring your own towel, otherwise extra charge. Walking distance to Hkuba Goryu ski Resort about 5-10 min. My room included private bathroom and shower. »

« Close access to the ski slopes. Property and room is a little rundown and old compared to as advertised. Hot water was not working but staff accommodated me to another room. Room has poor noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors. Toilet seat lid does not stay up! Friendly and helpful staff nevertheless. »

« Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms and onset. Staff transferred us from and to the train station. There is a bus stop right outside that take you to happo, Hakuba 47, Goryu and Iimori all free of charge. Short walk to Echoland restaurants and a great Ramen restaurant opposite the local 7-11. »

« Never know which one will be allocated out of 4 BnB, the white decorated one was allocated to me, TV is so tiny, I was expecting a balcony as shown in the pictures, but not existed in mine. In general, it’s clean »

« The stay is modest and older but that’s totally fine! The host is so kind and helpful and the beds and bathrooms were clean! It’s def a place you can meet other travelers and is SO close to the train station! »

« Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional. »

« This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance. »

« The restaurant option closes at 8pm. Something the staff did not explain upon check in. The bar doesn’t open till 4pm in the afternoon. Again, something the staff did not explain. They don’t have any vending machines with food options. Seriously so no food on site after 8pm and nothing available to eat. They don’t have vending machines with Beer or Liquor options. « The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy. »
