« I needed to cancel this reservation for the 16th of June, 2026. When I called the number to cancel, the automated response was that the number I dialed was only for new reservations. « No staff to attend to a long line of check ins, room lacked the amenities for a shower. TV was not working. Overall not a good experience. Won’t be staying there again. »

« The staff were friendly and the location is nice. There's a green belt behind the property which creates nice scenery. Breakfast is coffee and muffins, instant oatmeal packets. Room cleanliness was ok. »

« The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, good breakfast and the best part the hotel front desk is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service. »

« Great location, easy parking, beautiful trees and views. Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests. »

« It was a very nice and quiet hotel. The only bad thing was that the cleaning lady woke us up tapping on our door in the morning and we even had the do not disturb sign up »

Le secteur n'est pas pratique si on veut utiliser le transport en commun, c'est plutôt loin des coins intéressants de Portland. »

« I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though »
