« Tous es super propre Le personne es tres bien et a ecoute Le parking es tres bien »

« Hotel location was in a great, lots of restaurants nearby within 1 block. Modern hotel, but kinda dark inside. Main Entrance to hotel was in a weird place and hard to find. It was right next to the entrance to underground parking garage but sideways, so hard to see from street. Look for sign. Parking included was nice, but tight driving in only 1 car can drive in or out at a time. Checking in, staff was not friendly, he look liked he was tired and didn't really want to help. Breakfast...

« English was not something known and that’s totally fine if we had gotten phones out at least to chat about why I’m getting charged for a second person (I think that’s why) when I got two rooms. Two rooms is two people on average so that was a little frustrating but overall clean and good location for what we needed. »

« The property was pretty well maintained and the staff was great. The property only has one relatively small elevator which is typical for Asia. My bathroom mat had mold growing underneath it and I only noticed it because I dropped something between the cracks of it and had to lift it up to find it. I left the mat up when I left for the day and housekeeping did clean it. They should be checking these things routinely. The location was great to quickly get to the places I wanted to visit and the...

« Almost everything was chipped or stained no outlets near the sink mirror area »
