« Nice hotel about a 15min walk on the lakeshore promenade from the center. The room was nice and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave us a good overview of what to do in the city and booked us an early taxi for the bus station when we left.
I will say the "vibe" of the room, as one can probably get the idea from the pictures, is rather a "romantic" one with its red theme, LED panel above the bed and billion options shower. But don't let that matter to much if you're not...
« Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). The view on to the lake is first rate and we had a corner suite.
However the room was tired and needing significant work. Shower that spat water, kitchen with cracked bench and exposed wires. Common areas of hotel were filthy and .

« I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...
