« The view from the pool over the ocean was phenomenal! The staff was also very nice and welcoming, making sure we had a good time. The breakfast variety could be better (tea, yoghurt etc.) but if you aren’t a picky eater it’s still very good! The music from the restaurant was pretty repetitive and sometimes a little on the louder side but nothing what bothered us to much! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! »
« to be five-star. The staff were generally unwelcoming and often impolite; hardly anyone smiled, and even the most basic level of service you would expect from a three-star hotel was missing.
There is only one restaurant, which they say needs to be booked in advance, making the whole experience unnecessarily complicated for hotel guests. We also felt that local Albanian guests were treated noticeably more warmly than foreign tourists, which left a very unpleasant impression.
