« It was clean and quiet. »

« Complexe hôtelier moderne légèrement à l’extérieur de Leavenwort à proximité d’une grand surface ( tjrs utile pour refaire le plein de victuailles sur un Road trip.) Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On s’y sent bien pour une soirée étape. Petit déjeuner inclus , pas spécialement mauvais mais industriel. Et à 8h00 du matin , beaucoup de monde. En résumé, il peut y avoir des hôtels mieux placés sur Leavenworth mais celui a des atouts et reste à un prix...

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. les chambres sont propres, mais datées. le lit est très bien. il manque 2 chaises pour que l'on puisse s'asseoir ailleurs que sur le lit pour prendre le petit déjeuner. sinon, il y a une cafetière, micro ondes et petit réfrigérateur. des glaçons sont à disposition à l'accueil. il manque un sèche cheveux. la personne à l'accueil est très souriante et disponible. »

« I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the extraordinary service we received. While the entire staff was very kind, the help we received during our departure left us speechless. On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing...

« The hotel is the best! So unique and the hospitality is amazing! I would consider this hotel more of a bed and breakfast, rather than a hotel. The location is right around the block from all the main shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here and we will be back! »
